"Very unfriendly no welcome at all Had to give her my license for id which is fine but then she proceeded to make a copy of it and when I asked why she said policy and when I ask what happens to it she stated they get stored in boxes in the basement *** really good set up for identity theft then proceeds to tell me a 100 dollar security hold would be put on my card really for a 2 star dump that was dirty with open pipes in the bathroom took a week for her to remove the hold. We stayed at 4 more places on our vacation and not one of them asked for id or placed a hold on my card and they were a lot nicer places"
