This is my second stay. Whenever I visit Hangzhou, I prefer staying near the lakeside for convenience. The hotel is in the style of an old star-rated hotel. The lobby and restaurant are very spacious and grand. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. I stayed here for two days. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Broken Bridge and 5 minutes to the lakeside. You can also go shopping at Wulin Night Market in the evening, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The room service is also attentive. After a day of visiting the West Lake, the room was very clean and tidy. Fruits and clothes drying racks were also prepared. The housekeepers Yu Ying and Ran Hanghu provided good service. I commend it. I will stay at Wanghu Hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.

The hotel has buffet for lunch and the variety of food is really amazing! Lots of fresh and high quality seafood! The rooms are all decorated in the nice Hangzhou style, adding to the wonderful memories of staying there. The personal of the hotel is very friendly, polite and always trying to help if needed.

I lived in Nanjing several years ago and had a very good impression. When I came to Hangzhou this time, I had high expectations for the brand. The location is great. The Shikumen-style rooms have up and down stairs, but the facilities are old and there is nothing to worry about. It is good to experience the feeling of an old house. But the maintenance is too poor, the water in the shower is too slow, and it will overflow into the bathroom, and the air conditioning temperature is not enough; the balcony and terrace are not clean enough; the breakfast is okay, the bedding is quite comfortable, the service is only there, and the toiletries are average. This type of hotel, if you don't spend a lot of effort on maintenance and service, it's hard to feel good. It's just a one-time experience, and the price/performance ratio is average.

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

Though, it said no window but they actually have window but it is just no view, you look out and see sky wallpaper, fake tree & bird ( which I has no problem since it is already written that the room has no window. Haihua Hotel Hangzhou has an excellent location. It's only a few hundred meters from the West Lake and also from Wulin night market street. The staff is very attentive and kind. We liked the breakfast, which had both western and Chinese food. The A/C in the bedroom wasn't too hot, but it was fine and the room furniture and appliances were a bit dated. Nice stay overall.

I stayed here for three nights and the whole stay here is just pleasant. The hotel is really strategically located, it is just next to the west lake and there is a night market just within 100 metres away. The hotel staffs are very helpful and accommodating. The housekeeping staff replenishes all towels, toiletries and slippers daily and even gave extra bottles of water. Thumbs up to the hotel for making my short holiday super happy and easy.

This is a great little hotel in an amazing location, just right to explore the famous West Lake or enjoy the local bars and restaurants. It is only a stones throw from Wades and Night Bird, so if you enjoy stopping out until the early hours it’s a a short walk before you can ‘crash out “. The rooms are clean and warm and the reception staff friendly and efficient. This is always my first stop for either a weekend in the center of Hangzhou or an extended break.

Thank you to the front desk for giving us a room on the fifth floor, which is great for watching the sunset! We are elderly people from Hangzhou, so we go to Hangzhou every year to visit graves. I go to Hangzhou every year and stay at the Overseas Chinese Hotel every year. Overseas Chinese Hotel has the best location! It is at the end of the lakeside walking trail. Generally, few tour groups gather here to make noise, but something is wrong this year. The small shops on the lakeside are opposite the Overseas Chinese Hotel, and the previous tranquility has disappeared! This is not a problem with the Overseas Chinese Hotel. After Hangzhou has become a garden for people across the country, it continues to become a small commodity market in Yiwu, with a strong commercial atmosphere! Completely destroying the natural environment of Hangzhou West Lake! The Overseas Chinese Hotel only provides each guest with a bottle of water when there is no drinking water purification system. I personally think it is inappropriate. Tap water is a water source that most urbanites rarely use for drinking. I went to the front desk to express my opinion. In my opinion, there were only two bottles, and I asked for three more bottles, but they were the only ones given that day. The front desk said they were afraid that guests would take it back! The layout is too small, so there is only one possibility to take the leftovers back home and drink them on the way! I wrote a lot of comments and suggestions last year, hoping to set different prices according to the floor so that you can enjoy different benefits. The deluxe room we stayed in, I hope there will be two more bottles of water and towels that are not as thin as wiping cloths. Frugality is a virtue, but it will never be seen again. Slightly newer towels! Especially bath towels, how to dry your hair! There is also poor soundproofing in the hotel, but the person making the loud noise was actually the cleaning staff. Is this strange? No training? The refrigerator in the deluxe room is not allowed to be used. How can the guest experience be good? There is no coffee in the deluxe room, even a small bag. Is it expensive? It was so crude that I only had a tea bag with an unknown date, so I didn’t dare to drink it! When I went to the restaurant to eat, I was told that it was only for tour groups!

The hotel is the closest to Exit F of Fengqi Road Subway Station, with convenient transportation. Wulin Square is just across the street. After checking in, I found that the washbasin in the bathroom had slight cracks. No bathrobes were found. Soundproofing is not great. When I went out, I found that the red carpet was not very smooth, and I didn't see the staff at that time. If there were children, would there be a safety hazard? You can enter the elevator without swiping your card. I don't quite understand this management method.

The location of the hotel is super good and the transportation is very convenient. It is at most 50 meters away from the subway entrance. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and the facilities are new. My two kids love it very much. Especially the Monkey King in various shapes in the hotel, everyone wants to take one home. When I was first making a guide, I noticed the rave reviews of this hotel, so I was looking forward to it even before checking in. As expected, everything I saw was a surprise. The service staff are very professional and friendly, especially Miss Zhou at the front desk. Thank you very much. I got up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight. Thank you very much for your thoughtful preparation of breakfast for our family, and even provided tissues. I, who already like Hangzhou, feel even more moved because of you. Everyone I met in Hangzhou was kind and friendly, even the maintenance man who came over when something went wrong at the hotel made people feel warmer. Because of you, I love Hangzhou even more. Looking forward to meeting you next time.

The location was so good. There are many shopping malls nearby and I could walk to Seoho. The hotel is right near the subway station, so it is recommended for people with a lot of luggage. However, it was still quiet when we returned to the room to sleep! Very comfortable stay. For breakfast, the food was good Chinese style buffet but quite simple. I would stay in this hotel again.

The location of the house is quiet in the middle of noisy. It is separated from the West Lake by a road. It is very convenient to take a walk at night. The landlord boss is also very good and very enthusiastic. The only downside is that the house is in an old residential building. There is no elevator to climb the building. The corridor is not wide. It is not convenient to climb the building with luggage. The sanitation on the corridor is also poor, but climbing up the fourth floor to open the door is still bright.
