"First room toilet didn’t flush and telephone didn’t work so our room was changed to better, I thought!!! I didn’t realize that the room didn’t have a microwave until the next day when I needed to heat up my food! I asked the night receptionist if there was a microwave and she said “NO” my itinerary stated room has microwave so I was dissatisfied!!! The day time receptionist Ms Helen was excellent I would give her a 5star!!! They need more employees like her!!!"

"We love staying here and supporting local businesses. It could use some more modern upgrades and a breakfast option for guest. Overall we will return on our next trip. The rooms are nice but it is an older building and local to the city of Sebring."
