"I called and their number went to a voicemail that said their mailbox was full. So I couldn’t leave a message to ask about get 4 rooms. But the voicemail said text us & we’ll get back to you. So I did requesting about help reserving 4 rooms. Could you help me reserve 4 rooms? About an hour later I got a text saying-“Sounds good”. No follow up or statements that I’ll get back to you or call you or email me. Which I left in the text to email me. I guess business must be good that they are too busy to reply with anything that would provide a response to helping me. So went found some other place that helped us and a better deal."
