"When you first walk into the lobby the fragrance is very overwhelming. I was worried that my room would smell the same, and it did thank goodness it was not as strong. Not the right place if your looking for quiet, doors open and close, kids crying, you can hear the conversations in the rooms next to you. ‘I did request a quiet room’ I can say that I would not return due to smell and being able to hear everything."

"I saw a white bug with many legs, the size of a fingertip. It looks like they've only remodeled the bathroom, but it's clean. The area between the desk and the wall, between the furniture, and around the coffee machine plug is incredibly dirty. It looks like the coffee machine hasn't been used in a long time. I was surprised that the breakfast only had five items: an apple, a cereal bar, coffee, juice, and a muffin. If it had been like that, I wouldn't have come here. If they'd only had bread, milk, and cereal, I wouldn't have thought this way. I've stayed at similarly priced hotels that only offer bread, milk, and cereal for breakfast, so I was very disappointed. The location is also a bit creepy, down an alley and up a hill. The staff are friendly, but everything else is disappointing."

"I don’t think the hotel was anything special, they didn’t have water in the room which should be expected for the price I’m paying. However Miss Lafaye was amazing. I used to be a night manager 15 years ago for a Hilton Property. She immediately saw how tired I was from my flight and got me checked in and my card with lightning speed. I can tell she’s very well trained and professional, and that made the highlight of my stay."
