"This is the worst Starway Hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, the beds are unhygienic. I felt itchy all over the next morning after sleeping there all night. There were unknown objects that looked like feces on the floor, and there were watermarks on the sofa. Secondly, the facilities are poor. The shower room in the bathroom leaks, and water leaks everywhere when taking a shower. There are only cloth slippers, no rubber ones, so the slippers get wet. Thirdly, I don't know if it's the lobby manager or the boss who works at the front desk, but the woman's attitude is bad. I work in a travel hotel, and when guests make reasonable and legal requests, I cannot say no to them. They don't deserve to be called Starway Hotel"

"I probably won't choose this hotel again for my next trip. Let me briefly share my experience. I was planning to bring the kids here in winter so they could take a bath. They said there would be hot water that evening, but when I called around 10 PM, they said to wait an hour or until morning. Worried about waiting an hour for hot water, I got up early to give the kids a bath, but after an hour, the water was still cold. Don't stay here! The water was cold 24/7. I specifically called the front desk to ask, and they said there would be hot water in an hour, but after waiting all night, it was still cold. I wanted to give the kids a hot bath, and here it was! Don't stay here! I recently had a bad experience here. 💔 I think the hotel is okay overall, but these aspects need improvement."
