首先，硬件層面，別墅環境超讚，樓上樓下共5層，每個樓層的房間，均配備獨立的衞生間。房間佈局合理、衞生超乎想象的乾淨整潔，房東貼心準備零食，太棒啦！同時，作為淺眠星人，在這裏睡得特別踏實，隔音強，窗簾遮光效果極佳。
軟件層面：服務態度是最打動我們的，房東姐姐親自接待並一路引領到房間，便捷完成入住手續。入住期間，服務態度一如既往的好，有問題全部迅速解決。全程關注關懷我們的動向，針對我們的出行計劃，推薦了性價比超高的美食及遊玩線路，使得我們的首次汕頭之行，完美避坑。出行遊玩的細節考慮的非常周到。由於細節實在太多了，我就挑兩個説説，我們此次出行共8人，老闆親自帶我們來汕頭遊玩[呲牙]，其中我們有一位朋友提前一天前往深圳。所以我們為他踐行，大家都喝多了，我也忘記和房東姐姐説了此事，我們喝多後逐一回到房間倒頭就睡了，直到第二天早上，房東姐姐貼心的為我們端上熬好的白粥以助解酒時，我們看到房東憔悴的眼神後才得知，原來昨天晚上，房東姐姐遲遲沒看到我們另一位朋友回來，出於不放心，都後半夜了，她還一直在焦急等候，也不忍心打擾我們的熟睡💤，這着實讓我深深愧疚的同時，更多的是感動與心裏的暖暖。
還有一次晚上，我的朋友們都在打牌，我便想着去買些水果，便走路朝小區外走去，正好碰到房東姐姐，她瞭解到以後，由於擔心晚上不安全，同時我也人生地不熟，便主動放下手頭事務，毅然開車帶我前去購買。當然，細節還有很多很多，我就不一一説了。這也是我迄今為止寫的最多也是最用心的評論，一是，確實發自肺腑覺得房東姐姐的別墅，無論從硬件還是服務，絕對值得我好好誇一誇，另一方面，也是給廣大旅遊的兄弟姐妹們提供一個參考，咱們外地旅行少踩坑最重要哈。總之，妥妥的超五星好評。最後，祝房東姐姐生意興隆，財源廣進[抱拳]"

"I come to Shantou just to eat delicious food. There are so many delicious foods! ! ! When I arrived at the hotel, I checked in. The hotel had already processed my room card for me. I took my luggage to the room and arranged a room near the back. It must be very quiet. I opened the door and found that the room had no peculiar smell and was very clean. It is my favorite hotel. I washed and tidied up. I was very tired after a day of shopping today. Wash all the clothes, lie on the bed and read today's itinerary, and study Nan'ao Island for the next day."

"Indeed, the decoration of this apartment is new. I placed an order for the new one, but the sanitation is average, the facilities are a bit inadequate, the bathroom lights are too dark and the hot water is not hot enough, the boiling water is scared by the glass, and one of the two glasses pours water. It bursts, scares the baby, informs the front desk to deal with it immediately. This big brother is not a familiar hand at first glance, and there is still water on the ground. About 1 km is Shantou University, but it is difficult to find some fruit snacks around. At about 9 pm, the road is quiet. I don't know if it is the reason for the Spring Festival."

"Overall, the room is quite spacious, though the bedroom itself felt a bit smaller. The bathroom, however, was very bright and roomy. The highlight of my stay was definitely the pool – it was crystal clear and 22 meters long. I was still swimming at 10:30 PM, and the lifeguard was incredibly dedicated, diligently on duty even when I was the only one left, ensuring everyone's safety. The receptionist at the pool and gym area was also very patient and helpful. I don't know her name, but she was working the evening shift on December 1st."
