The lady at the front desk who checked in at night was very nice and got a free room upgrade.
Because Ctrip check-in provides children's toiletries and check-in fruits.
The room is large and the floor is high. It's a very comfortable stay.
Any problems will be solved promptly
The breakfast buffet on the 25th floor is particularly great. The breakfast is rich. The service awareness of the waiters is great. The dishes are closed in a timely manner. There are many Shanghainese around. Many elderly people recognize it very much.
The must-visit places during daytime search are all nearby. The location is amazing and there are many places to eat.
I must stay here again next time and will recommend friends to stay in this hotel.

Great hotel, on February 2, the Dragon Raises its Head, Nanhu Lake experiences the red culture.
The hotel is located in Nanhu Tiandi, and you can park in the basement by car.
The hotel is beautiful, with a unique design and is also very clean. The upgraded room faces Nanhu Lake directly.
The air is fresh in the morning and the birds are singing.
At the same time, I also gained love here, and I am very grateful for the hotel's help.
The breakfast is also beautiful and delicious.

I took my parents and children to travel to Jiaxing and bought the coupons on Ctrip. The location is very good. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel. In the morning, I went to Yuehe River with my mother for a walk and had breakfast before returning. It was beautiful.
The hotel lobby has a great sense of design, and the front desk staff is very enthusiastic. They proactively provided toiletries for the children. They arrived a little early before check-in time and even helped us store our luggage for free so we could go out and play, which was very considerate. The overall decoration style of the hotel is modern, the decoration is very new, and there are many people staying there. You don't have to wait long for the elevator. The room was clean, the soundproofing was good, and the bedding was comfortable.
If you bring children, you can rest assured that the bedding and bathroom are clean. It's very convenient to order takeout and have it delivered directly upstairs. The cooling effect of the air conditioner is amazing! Fortunately, the air conditioner saved my life on this hot day. There is also a laundry room downstairs. Clothes stained by the children while eating can be washed and dried before they can be worn directly the next day. Overall, it is very good, parents and children are very satisfied.
Because the high-speed train was a bit late that day, the hotel also helped us apply for a late check-out. Thank you very much. I will choose your home next time I come to Jiaxing~

I have been hesitant to book after reading a lot of bad reviews. However, in Jiaxing, they are the only one with family rooms, and there are no famous hotels. They are all in Wuzhen Scenic Area. I had no choice but to settle on their home. However, the room is very clean, the space is large, and the bed is not hard. It is right next to the parking lot of the Red Boat Scenic Area, which is very convenient. You can go to the Red Boat Scenic Area after breakfast in the morning. Friends who read the comments can take pictures directly. The hotel is very big, with many rooms and equipped with washing machines and dryers. The children slept well at night. It just happened to be the rainy season and there were so many mosquitoes. I was not afraid of mosquito killer lamps because they were afraid of mosquitoes biting the children. I kept watch and shot 7 mosquitoes in one night.

Thanks to Ctrip for recommending a very good hotel to us ~ Jiaxing Nanhu Paris Hotel. I booked a room on August 21st. I walked into the hotel and came to the front desk to receive us. The waiter was very enthusiastic and served us tea. He poured water, there was free coffee and ice cream in the lobby, and introduced us in detail to the hotel's most unique free afternoon tea and free late night snacks. When I walked into the hotel, the room was very clean and tidy. The room was very cozy and there was a tea table for drinking tea. The hotel was in a very good location, with easy access. There were snacks and a department store across the road. There are many varieties of breakfast, so you will have a happy meal and a satisfying stay. Although you are not a hotel with a star rating or above, you can do things that a five-star hotel cannot. Here I am especially grateful to the waiters such as Xiao Chen Xiaoyan at the front desk. It is great to have your service team. We thank you! We will come again and will definitely introduce our friends to you. I would also like to add that there is a free car wash service

In addition to no breakfast, there are many choices of shops along the street on the left and right sides of the hotel downstairs, and there is really no need to provide breakfast 😄

Take your parents to the Nanhu Scenic Area Huijingyuan Wharf and take a boat to the lake center island to see the red boat and the rain building; Nanhu Tiandi Shopping Center to eat; that is quite convenient!
It is still a more pet-friendly item hahaha (😆 we just have to consciously not add burden to the hotel cleaning work)

It was a spur-of-the-moment trip, so I booked a room on the spur of the moment. The price was much higher than expected. The room and bathroom were quite large, the hotel service was also very good, and the hotel parking was also very convenient.
The ancient street was across the room, but the area adjacent to the hotel was very quiet at night.
The ancient street is a two or three minute walk from the hotel. There is delicious milk tea and a flower and bird market on the ancient street, which is suitable for a weekend trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in a classic scholar garden. It's a bit far away from the entrance but free shuttles offer excellent way getting in and out the hotel. The surrounding is very quiet and away from major tourist traffic. The hotel is right by a classy covered bridge and near the canal so it's nice to walk to that side.
We have traveled the world staying in many luxury hotels but Eden Club House offered the best service we've received. XiaoJin小金 and team picked us up from the entrance, arranged luggage to be transferred to the hotel and back to the entrance on the departing date.
I like Eden Club working with the nearby large hotel to offer the swimming pool options. We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot. We appreciated hotel staff toured us around that lively riverbank area.
My girls loved the free fish food offered by the hotel, just one of many examples that the hotel service team went above and beyond to increase customer satisfaction.

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is excellent. You can walk a few steps to the right of the hotel to reach the entrance of Gate 2, which is so convenient! The room was quite large and cleanly decorated, which made me, a mysophobic person, very comfortable. (I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the room, but of the external environment.) I decided to renew the reservation for another night. I originally planned to stay in Nanxun Ancient Town for one night. , I gave up living there. What’s interesting is that the two chairs in the room can be rotated while sitting on them. There is a parking lot below the window for convenience, and there is a river and the scenery is nice. The boss was very enthusiastic. He carried our luggage upstairs and introduced us to a restaurant where we could eat. He also drove us to the old street for free and to the parking lot of the scenic spot. The service was very good! Will recommend friends to stay here. There is also a small problem that I forgot to remind the boss at the time. The temperature of the bath water is unstable. When adjusting the water, it is either hot or cold. I hope they can pay attention to it. All in all, staying here is a good choice!

The check-in experience was fast and answered many questions. The rooms were clean, large with nice views of the city. There is a lounge area that a beautiful view of the city and complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

YYeung R ongThe boss is a very honest man and also very helpful. He goes the extra mile to help you with anything that you need. Just inform him what your need or where you would like to go and he will recommend the best method and even help to arrange for transportation, services etc at the best value price. The hotel is located just 300meters walk away from the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticketing centre. Though it is not located inside the scenic area, it is worth staying here because there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and traditional costume and make up shops that you can get better price than within the scenic area. The hotel owner also helped to arrange a rickshaw to bring us tour nanzha(south part of Wuzhen) which depicts more of the lifestyle of the local people with a few nice areas for photography and to buy local produce. Many chinese dramas were also filmed at Nanzha area which the rickshaw rider explained very well but in mandarin chinese. He also helped to take nice photographs for us. The hotel owner also helped to book a car from Wuzhen to Tongli at a reasonable price. If you are travelling from either Hangzhou or Suzhou to this hotel, i would recommend that you give the hotel owner a call and ask him to arrange for a car to get you from those places to Wuzhen especially if you travel in groups of 2-4 persons because the hotel owner is able to get a reasonably priced car. Overall, i would stay in this hotel again if i visit Wuzhen again, because of the owner’s great hospitality and service.

Wuzhen is very beautiful and as we came at off peak season, got to enjoy photo taking with not much crowd around.
