The hotel was newly opened in December 2023. It has an excellent location and convenient transportation. It is next to the Wanda Economic and Technological Development Zone. Almost half of the rooms in the hotel can see the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The hotel environment is simple and elegant, the room layout is perfect, and the front desk staff Xiao Li's service is attentive and makes people feel extremely comfortable. The thoughtfulness created a feeling of home for me. Everything is impeccable, no matter how big or small. The hotel's waiters are all polite, warm and thoughtful, and will say hello to guests when they see them. The hotel is fully equipped with gym, self-service laundry room, The conference room was clean and tidy, the stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast was rich. I personally think the price-performance ratio is quite high.

The room is new, spacious and in a good location. On New Year's Eve, we saw fireworks in the distance at the hotel because of the high floor. The only drawback is that there are no bed guardrails for children. Our group booked 4 rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. An unexpected surprise. There were also a lot of people at breakfast. There was no queue on the first day, and everyone went in to find seats. It was very chaotic. For breakfast the next day, hotel staff were at the door to maintain order, and you had to wait in line to get a seat before going in to dine. Feel much better.

The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. It is extremely convenient to take the tram to the Jiaxing South train station. However the hotel is located at an area far from town. Ok, if is only for a night stay. Hotel is new and clean. Room is big and nice tea preparation set in the room. Staffs were helpful. They have assist me on the internet. Breakfast included is good for the Chinese standard.

Nanhu Hotel is worth staying at! Check-in: The assistant manager (is she the deputy manager?) in the lobby, a lady named Zhou (probably Zhou), was very considerate in her service. We called in advance to book the birthday room decoration. This young lady took us all the way to the room after check-in and wished my mother a happy birthday~ Dinner: We chose the hotel’s Chinese restaurant for dinner. When we were going downstairs, we met this young lady in the lobby. She took us to the restaurant and quietly told the restaurant waiter about our birthday. We got free birthday noodles for dinner. The several dishes we ordered tasted very good, and we were told that the portions were large and we should order smaller portions. An extra large fruit plate was given with the meal. Room: The slippers in the room are of very good quality, the mineral water is generously provided, and there is a fruit plate prepared when you enter. If I have to find fault, it is that the second floor of the lake view room can only see a bit of the lake. Also, the air conditioner was a bit loud at night. Environment: The hotel environment reminds me of the Yangzhou Guest House. Although it is not that big, it really takes a few steps to get a view. The hotel also has a south gate and a west gate where you can directly enter Nanhu Park by swiping your room card. Nanhu Park is large and free, and many people walk on the lake to exercise. The hotel is a bit far away from the Huijingyuan Pier to the Red Boat. It is recommended that self-driving friends take a taxi and then take a walk back to the hotel. Check in is relatively fast. I was given a room next to the elevator, and it didn’t matter if I stayed for one night. There is no hand sanitizer next to the wash basin, so I am stunned. Although we talk about environmental protection, hand sanitizer should still be a must! Let’s talk about the comfort of bedding and mattresses. I think it’s on the same level as Hanting. Let’s talk about the laundry room and gym on the ba*****t floor. The two spaces are connected together. The whole environment is humid and hot. You need to turn on the air conditioner. Next to it, there is a burst of urine odor from the drain. The laundry room has no other items except for the washing machine. Laundry detergent disinfectant, laundry bags, etc. I think this hotel does not meet the positioning standard of Jinjiang Metropolis, but I guess it is a direct franchise of Jinjiang brand. The front desk service is still very enthusiastic and proactive, because I am used to sleeping late, so I won't comment on it without experiencing the hotel breakfast.

This is the best orange I've ever had and super cheap. Less than 300. Parking is very convenient. There is a large parking lot on the first floor and an underground parking lot. Go to the front desk and scan the code to park for free. The room is large and clean, and the whole house is smart. Xiaodu Xiaodu can control everything, air conditioning, TV, lights, curtains. Breakfast is on the 16th floor, which is okay. The service staff are very polite, and the cleaning lady will take the initiative to say hello when she sees it. The location of the hotel is very suitable for our trip. We were upgraded to a room when we checked in, and we could see the Ferris wheel in Xiuhu Park. Stayed for 8 nights during the Christmas period. Fruits were provided every day. There were also carefully prepared small gifts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The service was very attentive!
