The service was excellent; they even helped me buy breakfast because I had an early flight and couldn't make it to the dining room. Thumbs up! I'd recommend this place to future travelers. Jieyang is a small city, and its attractions are quite concentrated, so taxis are readily available. You don't need to stay right next to a landmark. This spot offers charging stations and parking, and it's much quieter than staying in the tourist areas. I had a very pleasant stay."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Atour Hotel. They provide free porridge every night, a simple supper, and free laundry service for guests. What I liked most was the free laundry service. The washing machines and dryers were very clean and well-maintained, which made doing laundry during my stay so convenient. It’s a small but thoughtful service that really made my stay more comfortable. The only complaint I have is that some people were smoking in certain areas, including the lift area. Since the lift is an enclosed and confined space, the smell of cigarette smoke can be quite unpleasant and uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can do more to enforce the non-smoking policy in these areas."

"The hotel is new and the location is great, as is the cleanliness. However, the service is noticeably different compared to other Atour hotels. On the second day, we stayed in the room until about 1 PM. Housekeeping specifically told us they could clean after 1 PM, and we had the 'make up room' light on. Yet, when we returned to the hotel around 6 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk and had to prompt them more than three times. It took almost half an hour before someone finally came up to clean."

The hotel's location is absolutely superb, just a few minutes' walk directly to Jinxianmen Tower, and it's super convenient to get to the surrounding ancient city attractions and food streets. Exploring, eating, and having fun was completely stress-free. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are very modern. The room was spacious and tidy, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Coupled with the smart room control system, the stay experience was significantly enhanced. What's even more commendable is the hotel's service. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; not only was check-in efficient, but they also patiently answered all sorts of questions, making you feel right at home. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jieyang!"

"Traveling to Chaoshan, I journeyed from Chaozhou to Shantou, then to Nanao Island, and finally arrived in Jieyang for a rest. This hotel was the most comfortable, offered the best food, and provided the most convenient lifestyle for my entire family. 1. First off, the staff at the front desk were incredibly responsive. Even with a queue of people checking in, someone immediately came to ask those waiting behind if they needed anything. Big thumbs up to the front desk team. 2. The room was new and smelled lovely. The view was great. After returning from Nanao Island, I had a lot of dirty clothes, and the floor attendant quickly washed and dried them for me; they came back smelling wonderful. The floor staff greeted us with a smile and even asked if we needed extra water. 3. The hotel's location is excellent. Downstairs, there are three coffee shops, a supermarket, and a shopping mall. My kids loved being able to easily go to the movies two nights in a row. It was also super convenient for me to buy watermelon and other fruits at the supermarket. 4. The breakfast quality was also very good. The hotel had many guests, which clearly shows how much everyone enjoys staying here. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Jieyang."
