"I kept my daughters kids and paid for a 3 night stay. They arrived and anticipated a few hours of relaxation before venturing out for dinner. Got a call at about 4 to ask if they were coming to their pre booked couples massage. They explained that they had booked it for next day with front desk. Spa and front desk got it wrong. When they asked if they could have it on correct date of booking they were told no. Need to come now. Not a great way to start the trip. When trying to shower after massage they found that their shower head was dirty and clogged. They asked if it could be cleaned. They were told yes. It never happened. I paid for dinner at the property for nights 2 and 3. Night 2 dinner was complete with a small portion cup of olives app. A steak that was so small they had to find food afterwards due to hunger. They cancelled 3rd night dinner. Bar was tiny and jammed into a corner in the main house. Breakfast was a real disappointment. They described it as just ok and nothing special. They ate all future meals away from the Inn. Seems that dinner at 125.00 per person would be the “star of the show”?!?! Don’t book the cabins. I advised that I wanted the best room they had at booking (directly with the Inn) and was told Winter Cabin was the choice to be made. The cabin was split into 4 rooms and not dedicated as I was lead to believe. I was looking forward to visiting myself and sending others. They recommended I find anywhere else in the area I was"
