The hotel is not far from Fenghuang Lake, so after dinner, we could go for a walk in the park. The scenery by the lake is beautiful. The room was spacious and meticulously clean; the tables and floors were spotless, and the bedding was tidy. The staff provided thoughtful service, and luggage storage was very convenient. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's rest without any disturbing noise. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained with good water pressure. There are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food. For a family getaway, staying here offers both convenience for travel and relaxation. I'd definitely consider this hotel again for my next visit."

"The room was exceptionally clean; the sheets and blankets were changed after each guest and were spotless and clean. The floor, corners, and sink were free of stains and dust. The bathroom was odorless and the drain was dry. The facilities were complete; the air conditioner, TV, and water heater were all functioning properly, with ample water pressure and quick hot water delivery. All electrical outlets and lights were in good working order. The furniture was clean and undamaged, and all amenities were provided, making for a very comfortable stay."

"The receptionist at the front desk is of high quality and enthusiastically received throughout the whole process. The house is very clean, the quilt has no taste and is relatively spacious. With a balcony, the air is very good, with children out to live in the room can not smoke, there is also a public smoking area balcony on the second floor. After settling in, we went to eat at Xiaoling Restaurant not far away. It was very good. The beef went well with rice. We also went to the Happy Prairie. Maybe the big lawn is more suitable. We all think it is very similar to Shangri-La in East Malaysia. It is worth coming back to this hotel. The breakfast can be better."

"The room was huge, with a hanging basket and a bathtub—it was enormous! They even had disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub covers. The bathroom was incredibly spacious, and the bed was also enormous and super soft—it was incredibly comfortable to sleep in. It's just that it's an old hotel; the decor and everything felt like it was from ten years ago."

"All the way from Mengzi, staying in Kaiyuan for one night, this homestay experience far exceeded expectations. It is very close to Phoenix Ecological Park and 190 Train Square for a walk. "Facilities: The facilities are okay, the room is equipped with a mosquito killer, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, which is relatively good. However, the room was not equipped with disposable slippers, and the non-disposable slippers provided did not have any sterilization label, so I didn't dare to wear them. The landline phone in the room is just a decoration and cannot make any calls at all. The front desk phone can only be dialed through the mobile phone. Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, but there is still dust in the corner next to the bed. Environment: The environment is very good, very comfortable, and the green coverage area is very high. As long as there's no DJ playing on that side of the street, it's still relatively quiet. Service: There is no way to scan the QR code to register at the front desk. You must have original documents, which is very troublesome. Although the front desk staff took the initiative to take us to the room card, they did not inform us of the breakfast location and meal time. This can be improved next time. There is no concierge in the hotel to help with luggage, and there are not many staff members. However, the room staff is very quick to provide disposable slippers at night."
