"We spent a wonderful few days in Sri Lanka in a magnificent villa with superb views over Koggala Lake just outside Galle owned by a delightful English couple from whom you can easily rent. Cooled with gentle breezes coming up from the lake, a 15 metre infinity pool, a quiet ambalama, and fuelled with the cook’s excellent curries and western dishes, we have fortified ourselves to tackle our next experience - walking in the tea country just north of here. The villa has four bedrooms and bathrooms and excellent staff."

"Very upmarket resort right on the beach . Stayed 2 nights for a birthday bash and 2nd night was booked via trip. The room via Trip was poor with a view of a side wall and whilst a large room was badly designed without a desk . Also no breakfast included for a high room rate .when you book ensure you ask for seaview room . Service was very good throught out the stay , quality food but not inexpensive ,"
