I have booked this hotel for one of our staff who have a meeting new to the hotel. He was so satisfied with this hotel. The room is large, clean and confortable. Also got a convenience store (7-11) at the building. He likes this hotel so much

I could say, the best hotel ever to stay. As for I was here for working purpose nearby this hotel, I am definitely recommended this hotel to everyone that curious to know more. Everything is great! The breakfast also has got a lot of choices and variety starts from asian menu to west menu. For example, Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, rice porridge with a lot of condiment. Then you can also found sausage, hash brown and scramble egg, which is soo good. There were also pastry, even toasted bread with a lot of spread. Then, salad with dressing sauce. Comes with cereal also, then fruits and yogurt. For coffee lovers, dont worry you can brew the coffee as well. For the room, was very clean and comfy.The bed is not that soft but not too stiff also. Just nice, but the pillow ah, i tell you, sooo pillowy and fluffy plus very comfy ! Just laid down your head and it will sink into it. Without you realized, you will fall asleep quickly. Although I dont really like the glass door in the bathroom, which is you have only 1 sliding door to cover either one of two toilets. But dont worry, there is another door you can closed the whole toilet from outside. The heater is working, but water too hot. Need to have a good adjusting skill to get the temperature that you want 😂 One thing I love about this room, there was a washing machine provided with a fridge and induction cooking set. This is so life saving. Although I still dont get it how to use dryer because my clothes still wet after using the washing machine+dryer. But its totally worth it! (maybe depends on the selection of room) Not all room includes washing machine and all stuff as per my room. Iron and board also provided, with hair dryer as well. There are two TVs provided, one in bedroom, another one at living hall. But the channel is limited. But hey, I came here for work so, this is not really bothering me. One thing that I amazed so much is, the rooftop pool which offered you the greatest view of Kuala Lumpur Tower. Majestic ! Next time you want to come here, please go to swimming pool! It is a must ! The pool is not that big by the way. The gym also quite complete with equipments. I just love it ! (Psst! You may also try to request room that facing KL Tower and high floor, but thats upon availability). Oh another thing to highlight, this hotel is located at the end of Lorong Pramlee, and the lobby to drop off/pickup is not that spacious. Plus, the road infront hotel is so steep so be careful of the ramp that is inclining at a level where some cars might crashed/dragged their bumper to the road. Oh here, you may leave you luggage at receptionist for a while, for let say you came early than check in time / after check out. The staff is very helpful. You may asked them, and they will serve you. Staff is friendly and nice. If you wondering what is the nearby public transport, you may look into Monorel Raja Chulan or Monorel Bukit Nanas. As for me, personally I think, Monorel Raja Chulan is nearer to Oasia Hotel, by walking through road 'Jalan Tengah' instead of you walking via main road alongside Jalan Sultan Ismail. Overall, Oasia is a great place to stay. Thank you all ! I recommended this hotel.

The hotel’s convenience location allow easy walking access to LRT via a covered walkway, shielding guest from rain. Despite the aging rooms and a faint smell of smoke, the excellent service make the stay pleasant. Overall, it offers a great value for the entire family.

This accommodation seems really great at the start with spacious rooms and the rooftop pool. However lots of small issues/details really added up for me. Main one was rooftop pool only has 5 Sun loungers, while there are other chairs for the restaurant there the staff do not let you use them etc., so there is no where to sit/dry etc when you want to use the pool. The pool was also very green, even after it being closed for 24 hours for cleaning during my period of stay. In the room, lots of small issues like no light switches by bed, no small lights by beds, no hooks/rails for towels in the bathroom, no hand soap in bathroom, no security deposit box, etc. Sheets seemed relatively new but some had marks on (black marks, not stains). Also the noise from other rooms was easy to hear and any noise in the corridor was very very loud in the room. Lots of fancy things in the room like a tv with Google connect somehow (no tv channels) but no instructions how to connect to it, also no instructions for connecting to the wifi in the room etc. This could be a really great place to stay but it feels lots of corners are cut which make it not so great. Staff at reception very helpful when I asked them things. Small convenience store at ground floor which was ok but a little expensive. Restaurant at roof top overpriced and not a single vegetarian meal available anyway. Location not bad, easy to walk to transport hubs and good bar street nearby.

This is a fairly new hotel in town. We stayed two nights at the suite and the interior design of the suite is beautifully decorated. I had a technician come at midnight on our first night’s stay due to the standing light and the hot water issue in the bathroom. He helped reset the system for the standing light and readjust the temperature of hot water. It solved my reading problem before bed and a hot bath was made possible. However, the team at the breakfast needs to be trained properly. We didn’t know we should order our hot served food at the table and we went straight to the food station to place our orders. For that, the order became confusing and long waited. A staff accidentally bumped to a tall chair which was next to our table and created a chaos. The manager came to her aid and apologized profusely to us on behalf of her. You can tell that the manager was performing his duty well but the staff walked away without any apologies. Well, though it’s a new hotel, the breakfast team should have gone through more vigorous training and preparation for food. It’s not an ethical excuse for hospitality. Another kind note for those driving in, only 13 parking lots are available in the basement, and it’s for valet parking only.

The Sheraton Hotel is an excellent choice for accommodation, offering a convenient location and top-notch service. However, one aspect to consider is the bathroom situation. While the facilities are generally satisfactory, there is an issue with the bidet, as it tends to cause flooding.

This is an excellent spot for those looking for a cost-effective choice while in KL. Super nice facility with extremely clean bathrooms and common areas, as well as large individual capsules for rest. Staff was super nice and accommodating and gave me a bottom bunk bed even though I didn't request it. Also the fact that there is 24/7 concierge is huge for travelers that get in late at night such as myself. Located right next to a 7/11 as well as an in house cafe, I was well stocked and fed for my long days out in the city. Absolutely worth it.

Enjoyed our stay in the Family Room. Kids totally enjoyed themselves. Will definitely come again! Thank you for the hospitality!

My recent visit to Renaissance Kuala Lumpur was for a short staycation following new year holiday. Being the Platinum Bonvoy member, the hospitalities that I received were top notch, especially from the front office team, lead by Hazura (Zura) and supported by Bernice, Hami, Khalis and Khadijah. Check in process was super smooth as it was handled very well by Zura. Room design is per standard modern design 5 * Star hotel, with some fresh interior look. Suite room was spacious with a decent living / TV area. The standard king Bed room is also good, with sofa bed provided. The plus point for this hotel, of course being the talk of the town, it's huge pool and playground areas for kids! To family with kids, this is a great hotel to stay considering their pool and playground areas are one of a kind. Plenty of water slides at the pool, also spacious playground area available with rock climbing activities (chargeable and prior booking is required for rock climbing). In summary, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a short staycation closer to KLCC area. Thanks very much to the following Front Office Staffs for the hospitalities during our stay. I want to praise this apartment. First of all, the location is super good. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, and it is also very close to other attractions. The staff is very friendly and will tell you where to eat. I live on the 43rd floor and look directly at it. to the tower, especially for family travel
