Pros:
5 min walk to TRX, 8-10 min walk to Pavilion. Pretty good location for the price
Owner (Chris) was quite responsive and helpful during the check in process
Cons:
Some of the amenities were not available (e.g. no microwave, no cooking equipment like frying pan even though there is an induction stove, no detergent even though there is a washing machine), so it just feels like false advertisement at this point
Materials in the room feel pretty cheap. Walls are so thin I can hear what the next door tenants are talking about, and kept getting woken up by them at 3am
Next door condo/units have not been built up yet. Feels like I'm staying at a construction site
Doorbell applies to all units, so I got disturbed even when the doorbell was meant for the other unit
Swimming pool didn't feel very cleans, especially since many tenants were using it in their clothes 🤮
TLDR: The location is good, but otherwise, the apartment feels cheap and many amenities as advertised are missing (i.e. cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc.). Overall, price is decent for the location and cleanliness of the room, but there are definitely better booking options nearby (e.g. One Cochrane) which would make a much better overall staying experience.

The apartment is new, the swimming pool is very good, the gym is a bit small, the overall is very good, but the first floor is still being arranged and constructed, it is very close to TRX and Pavilion, about 5 minutes walk, the overall cost performance is very high, recommended!!!

Construction noise starts every morning at 9 in the evening until 17:00 in the evening. There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor. Unfortunately, the pool is closed. No necessary information was provided. There is lukewarm water instead of hot water. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is perfect. The bed is super.

My experience of spending my new year’s eve at the hotel was very disappointing. I personally will never ever come back again.
In our first room, the biggest issue we faced was that the aircon in the room did not work, and stayed at a constant temperature of 22 degrees celcius even when we adjusted the temperature to the extreme high of 40 degrees. The maintenance team came down on the second day and it was not resolved. We feed-backed to the hotel manager and she assigned us our second room, which had the same issue and we had to call the maintenance team down again. We were also faced with a few new issues of cleanliness such as dirty table tops (e.g. toothpaste residue in the toilet, random hair lying around and in the kettle), and being unable to connect to wifi after the room change. We wasted about 2 hours communicating with different staff teams and trying to settle into our new room. It was exhausting and such a waste of my precious holiday.
Another very unpleasant experience I had was regarding viewing of countdown fireworks. When I asked the front desk about free access to the skydeck, the receptionist said that I have to pay a cover charge of RM250 for entry after 10pm on new year’s eve because they would be having a countdown party event. I was really upset about paying a premium price for the hotel rooms in order to gain complimentary access to the skydeck but needing to pay an extra amount for entrance just because it was new year’s eve. I asked the manager about this, and they confirmed that hotel guests could still access the skydeck for free. But even on the day itself, the staff at the lift lobby kept saying that I had to pay RM150 to enter. It was as if they were trying to lead the hotel guests into thinking that they have to pay an additional price to gain access to the skydeck. I was about to blow up before another staff came over to say that hotel guests could go in but we just wouldn’t be given any drinks. We didn’t care about drinks anyway, so why couldn’t they just let us go in after we showed them our room cards?? After we finally made it in, I was disappointed to find the gym closed because it had one of the best views of the twin towers. The staff themselves knew that too, and all went into the gym to take clear videos of the fireworks while we were on our toes struggling to even see the fireworks among the crowd outside. I know staff can have their own privileges but I can’t help but be unhappy about it because just the previous day my partner and I were in the gym discussing about how it had the perfect view and we could exercise while waiting for the fireworks. There were no signs that said the gym would be closed then, so we assumed that it was opened on new year’s eve as well. Fireworks were nice but I was so upset about the situation that I wasn’t able to enjoy it thoroughly.
There were also other few areas that bugged me somewhat, but were not the dealbreakers (such as the body lotion being spoilt and smelling sour, or the soap dispenser being very hard to press down, or that there was only one chair in the room and we couldn’t figure out how to sit together while eating in our room, or dirt marks on bathing towel). The wifi in the room was really annoyingly slow (videos get stuck every 2 seconds), and we did feedback to the reception but they could only inform the IT team and nothing else could be done about it.
Ofcourse there are plus points, such as the nice fruit plate that were given to us for our anniversary, the big room, the toiletries that were of good quality, good breakfast spread, and friendly staff. As much as I appreciated it, it did not make me feel better because these are part of my expectations for a five-star hotel.
Perhaps I had expectations too high for the hotel just because it is a five-star, and may be way too subjective in my review. But all in all, I will not be coming back again.

My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop garden comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation.
The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

This place is clean and neat. We had a comfortable sleep at night. We also got to see a nice view especially at night. Our stay was really good since the room is complete with an oven, microwave, stove and even a water dispenser.

The room is spacious and the hygiene is up to standard. The Petronas Twin Towers are not far downstairs. This apartment is relatively inside and very quiet at night. There is a large Chinese supermarket nearby, where you can easily buy Chinese snacks, mineral water, etc., and you can use pay way (visa card)

Very spacious and clean room. But was told that room tv is only for show can't watch at all. The rest is very satisfied. If drive there don't go to carpark first. Park at the valet side and tell them u are checking in. I wasn't told to do that and cost me rm20 just for checking in.

I booked for the view of twin tower, however what I got is Menara KL. Cleanliness good. There is no safe box inside the room. If you need an extra amenities, you need to scan the QR code to place the order and they will send to your room. My room light flickering, and they sent the technician asap to rectified the issue. Hairdryer on and off, and they able to replaced it asap. Walking distance to MRT station as well as Twin Tower. Convenience stores just next to the building. Don’t have a chance to use the swimming pool as it’s raining during our stayed. One thing that I feel disappointed is the sound proof very bad. Can hear all the vehicles honks and those mat rempit. Very noisy. Even middle of the night also still can hear. It’s loud and clear. Can’t really sleep . Other than this, everything was good. Hoping they able to do something with it.

We had an incredible 4D3N stay at the ParkRoyal Collection Kuala Lumpur! From the moment we checked-in to our King Lifestyle Room, we knew we were in for a treat.
The room itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a stunning city view that we never got tired of. The side sofa was a lovely touch, providing a comfortable spot to relax and take in the sights. We also appreciated the extra duvet provided, which ensured a cozy and restful sleep.
The daily housekeeping service was impeccable, with our room always neat and tidy, and nothing ever missing. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the staff's commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
The hotel's location is super convenient, with numerous malls within walking distance or a short drive away. We loved being able to explore the city's shopping and dining scene with ease.
But what really made our stay special was the thoughtful touches. We had booked two rooms to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel surprised us with birthday decorations and a complimentary cake in BOTH rooms! It was such a lovely gesture, and we felt truly appreciated as guests.
Last but not least, the bell boy service was top-notch. Our luggage and shopping goods were always handled with care, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
Overall, we would highly recommend the ParkRoyal Collection Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in the heart of the city. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay so special!
KKelvinchiu1127In overall the hotel is fantastic. Exceptional quality of services from the hotel staff, classic room and spacious and good gym facilities (techno gym a world class gym equipment provider). The hotel also located the prime of city. In overall I wanan thanks for the hospitality of the hotel and the staff.
AAnonymous UserPros: very convenient location, new hotel, comfy bed, quite spacious rooms, nice view at the top floor with a nice infinity pool.
Despite the hotel being 100% full, the sound-proofing in the rooms were actually quite decent. Despite the occasional noisy guests slamming doors, talking loudly in the corridors, hyperactive kids stomping/running/screaming around, in general it was quiet enough to get a decent sleep throughout the night.
Cons:-
1. the lifts were too slow and stuffy, especially when the hotel was fully booked sometimes it's almost suffocating. Plus the lifts don't stop due to the high volume of traffic. Everyone had to line up and wait for quite a while sometimes just to leave or enter their room, very inconvenient. Thank God for the staircase.
2. The bathroom is very poorly designed; the tiny glass in the shower only manages to prevent water splashing onto the toilet, but the water goes everywhere on the floor. Obviously this can be dangerous because it becomes slippery...
3. The showerhead is of very poor quality, breaking off suddenly resulting in water splashing everywhere.
Overall it was still quite ok. We stayed 3 nights there simply for its convenient location. Unfortunately the large holiday crowd complicated matters quite a bit. Do consider your time of visit and prepare for lots of human traffic jams, noise pollution and disruptions.
GGuest UserHad a wonderful staycation with my husband and daughter. Easy access to public transport and BB. But the shortcut has to pass by the narrow street. Overall stay is good. Just a few things not so happy about:
1. Cleanliness of carpet
2. It's noisy when the room next door opens the water tap.
3. Sadly, my room has no view.
Food is moderate, room is spacious and nice. Will repeat.
MMuhammad Haziq Aiman Abu BakarThis hotel very very very good and nice in my opinion, they got 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, bathroom spacious and very good in term of everything, they also got small kitchen that I can optionally cook, the refrigerator is huge!
The king bed and pillow very very good that you can sleep very well. Room quite dark because of lack of light but I like it. Its very feels like home.
I not suggesting to have breakfast here because of very minimal choices but mee goreng for me delicious!
Rooftops pool seems nice with the minimal view, you need proper attire according to guideline.
GGuest UserExcellent location, walk 3 mlnutes to Chinatown, many eateries around. A lot of parking lots at the basement, just pay RM10 to hotel before you leave, no matter how many days you stay. Rooms are very comfortable to stay. Free( for local ) rapid bus station to Bukit Bintang and KLCC is nearby the hotel. Price is reasonable. Super single beds for twin room. I like this hotel.
GGuest UserSpace limited in room, the location near to street and train, so some noise during night time. Hot water very stable, comfortable. Facilities have gym room, small but kind of complete, there is also shower room in gym room. The space at rooftop quite clean then expected (thought there will be lot of birds' ”gold'. Kedai Mamakjust right behind the hotel. Overall very good.
VVithiaBooked the hotel for the name of the hotel since it is located in the central of KL. Was unappealing with the room booked because it was not clean especially the toilet. The toilet wasn’t equipped with a water shower instead of the old shower head with 2 different temperature. The bed had blood stain as well. The front desk staff was friendly upon check in. The hotel provides free parking for the guest. There are convenience store nearby which is supposed to open 24 hours, yet closed when visited at 7am. Only the Lobby looked new, not the rooms.
GGuest UserStaying with my husband for business purposed. Booking through Floresta Hotel websites & got discount too. The room worth the price. It was budget hotel but still nice in terms of room cleanliness, amenities & facilities. The staff are very helpful & kind. The one who served us is Ms Sofea. She's so nice, we came here for a business but decided to extend since it was a nice hotel. And Ms Sofea help to arrange room with good view. And lurveee the lobby, feels like you're in jungle. It was nice if you put fake river too haha.
