Location was perfect 👍🏻 we are right by 東正大街 and only 8 minutes drive away from Harbin Railway station. The room was pretty warm and clean I would have give it a 8 out of 10 until I turned on the washroom ventilation overnight, it started smell terrible in the morning … Besides that everything is ok, you just have to deal with all smoking rooms

”百年钢琴”was very friendly and helpful to help us with the check in and luggage’s. We stayed here for two nights and love the breakfast here with more than 100 varieties “江景展厅” always make sure we have our hot desserts, fruits and coffee. We feel like home here. A wet and dry Laundry room is helpful when we travel, and distilled water is always available in gym, laundry room and hotel Room. Cute little robot is always doing Ultra violet light cleaning airborne virus, and nice live singing at the hotel lounge. This is definitely my choice of hotel that why we chose to come back again after we went to snow village for a two day one night trip

This is a budget hotel and I asked for a budget room so my expectations were modest. However, what I received, was below modest from my experience. Room was warm enough and size was tight. Bed was ok but funny round shape. There was no division between bedroom and bathroom which made the shower experience too cold. Also I found a bug in the bathroom (alive). Location was very convenient, but even with that I wouldn’t repeat this hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was within walking distance to Central Street and Sophia Church. Service was excellent, the staff were very helpful and responded very quickly. There was free minibar and also dessert every night. Free ice cream was a nice touch too. We were also given some gifts when we checked out which was very thoughtful. My son found the heated toilet seat helpful in the cold weather. Overall an excellent stay and we will stay there again if we return to Harbin. .

Room is neat and tidy. Check in took a bit longer than usual, not sure if due to new staffs. Encourage hotel to practice first come first serve service to minimise neglect to customers. Hotel room is slightly smaller, once open 2 big luggage barely have space to walk. Snacks at the reception was good, always fully topped up. Overall still a great experience staying at this hotel. I like it because it's near to all the famous places at harbin.

Facilities: quite smart, quite complete, quite advanced Hygiene: Very clean, 6-star treatment, the leader should not forget to promote Xu Xin, there are not many talents Environment: quite wow, quite good, the river view is particularly beautiful, spectacular and unobstructed Service: Very satisfied. I give a special thumbs up to the Jilin beauty Xu Xin who served at the front desk. It is really a five-star service. It is not as good as this service when I go to Atlantis Sanya. You really can't fault it.

The hotel is very nice! I am so proud of my own vision😝 The transportation is so convenient. From Harbin Taiping International Airport, take the Airport Bus Line 3 and get off at Central Street. The airport bus is about 20 yuan per person. It is recommended that you don’t take a taxi, or call an online car-hailing company with standardized platforms, otherwise small companies’ online car-hailing companies will easily increase their prices. Therefore, it is very convenient to get to Central Street from the hotel, just go out! You can eat Northeastern cuisine at any one of your restaurants. It takes 3 minutes to walk to Central Street Station of Metro Line 2, 3 stops to Ice and Snow World, and 2 stops to Harbin Station (I went to Yabuli). Just say it’s inconvenient! The hotel is very new, and the design is in line with the aesthetics of young people. The rooms are clean, the toilets are clean, the shower water retains heat, and the room temperature is very comfortable. You can also buy Xiaodu Xiaodu intelligent control appliances, giving you a very modern feeling. Like👍 Oh, the bed is also very comfortable, and the pillows are available in hard and soft options to meet everyone's needs. There is free bottled water available in the room, and free tea and snacks are available in the lobby downstairs. It is said that the Coke in the mini bar refrigerator is provided for free. Breakfast is simple and delicious. Egg fried rice and tomato scrambled eggs are very in line with the taste of southerners. The children added a lot of tomato scrambled eggs. Corn 🌽 also tastes good. It is said that there are also fried noodles. . . It was probably so delicious that it was gone when I went there😂 Finally, the service is very good! I actually checked out of my room and went to Yabuli in the second grade of junior high school, and then came back from Yabuli in the third grade of junior high school. The plane flew at night, so it was inconvenient to walk around Central Street with my luggage. However, the hotel was very considerate and allowed us to store our luggage~ I feel that the boss’s hotel management philosophy is very good. Provide customers with more comfortable travel services within a relatively reasonable price range, regardless of the profit of more than ten yuan. Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

The room appears much smaller than on the website but is adequate for solo travelling. Although water bottles was replaced daily, dirty tea cups were never removed or washed during my 4 day stay and I had to rinse them in the bathroom. The trash can was emptied every day but they do not make your bed. The shower head was broken and difficult to handle and the mattress topper was too big for the bed and kept slipping off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was difficult in the sense that the hotel is situated in a very busy main road, with one way direction and few in between passes, meaning taxis must first drive quite far past the hotel before making a u-turn to turn back to drop you. The downside of using Didi's or taxi's are the rude and impatient drivers. They charged extra high fares during Christmas. We were often gridlocked in traffic, ending up walking back 2-4km to the hotel. Overall I was disappointed in the city itself. Many buildings were rundown and neglected with broken windos and peeled paint, that reminded me of *********************. Streets were very dirty and a nearby school did not make traffic congestion any easier when commuting forth and back to the hotel. Rumours that Christmas is not so busy and a better time to be visiting Harbin, is not true. The crowds spoiled the experience at Saint Sophia Church, especially the influencers who dressed up in ridiculous outfits posing in freezing temperatures at the church staircases and corners, spoiling any photography opportunities. Stalls and shops around the Church were very expensive. I visited a few other churches like St Aleksyev and Jile Temple which was far worth the effort. The highlight of my trip was Volga Manor, Baroque Street and the Songhua Railroad Bridge. Sun Island snow sculptures were very enjoyable, easy to navigate and not congested with people. Plenty of space to walk through the park, play in the snow and take the cable car over the river. The ques are not long from the Sun Island side, but crossing over to Harbin's side, the ques were very long to get a cable car. Danny's Beer in the Baroques Street area is a must visit and offered welcoming, warm and delicious food and hospitality. It's a 4,7km hike from the Songhua River bridge and offered good food at very reasonable prices. I did not visit the Ice sculpture park or light shows because of the three hour waiting cues, too many people and slippery conditions. The Tiger park was a so-so experience and mostly annoying due to people teasing the tigers with meat *****s they cannot reach; all for the sake of a photo opportunity. If you are an animal lover, rather skip the tiger Park. Lastly, a big plus was the public toilets near the Songhua River that were impressively clean.

The location is excellent. It is on Central Street near the Songhua River Flood Control Memorial Tower. Nearby is the famous Lucia Russian Restaurant. When you are tired from shopping on Central Street, you can take a rest, take a nap, recharge your batteries, and then go out to continue shopping. It can be said that it is very convenient. of. The overall appearance of the hotel, lobby, and corridors all look good. However, the double bed room we booked is smaller and feels a bit unwieldy. Larger suitcases are not easy to spread out, and the bathroom is particularly difficult. If there is water leakage, after closing the bathroom door and taking a shower, there will still be a lot of water in the corridor outside the bathroom, making it easy to slip. The hotel staff are very friendly. Traveling with friends, we all felt that this hotel was a good value for money.
