Room was just fine. It's tidy. Though they don't provide toiletries and complimentary water. There's no restaurant at the hotel as well so you have to go out everytime you eat.

Everything was fine and great. Staff were very nice with good services. Location is great, easy to reach the main touristy spots. There was renovation during my stay, so heard some noise but not a big deal. The sound proof was considered okay. Very tiny noise from the renovation I heard and also when people passed by the corridor and talking.
There was no separation between the shower and toilet bowl, but the shower water was hot enough. There was also water dispenser for you to refill water and provided with their glass jar, which is great! Overall, I had a good stay!

The owner is very helpful and friendly. All our needs are being met. My friends and I enjoyed our stay especially the view from the balcony every morning. They also offered us a city tour package, which I think was the best for beginners or first timers in Baguio. The only problem is the location. Transportation is a bit of a problem here if you don't want to bring your car or if you don't have one. Limited transportation since Grab/Taxi are also limited in Baguio due to the numbers of tourists, plus if you're a first timer for sure you don't know how to commute to downtown. But all in all, our stay is 8/10. I wished we could stay longer next time. Thank youuu.

Considering it was peak season and the price was higher, the facilities and breakfast were quite underwhelming. The room we got through early check-in had no soundproofing, and after we switched rooms, there was a long hair on the bedsheets. However, the staff's service was excellent, and being directly connected to the Victory Liner bus terminal was a huge plus.

Thank you Baden Powell Hostel!! We had a great stay there..the location is perfectly located at the center which surrounded by many restaurants, near to sm, bus station and burnham park.. the place is clean and most of all the staffs were approachable and very accommodating.. thank you ššš

Room was clean and spacious. The room I booked has a balcony that had a very nice Mountain view. There was breakfast included and I had that at the balcony of my room with that great view. There was vendor passed by selling Taho too and many went down to get one!
The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Mirador Hill Peace Memorial. I just walked there from the hotel. The sound proof was not great and there was chimes from the lift. So you will hear people talking and steps when they pass the corridor, when the lift arrives every time, when people talk at the balcony or turn on the TV a bit loud.
Anyhow, the bed and blanket were comfy with hot shower. I had quite a comfort stay.

The location is near the city center, like 10 minutes away from SM but the problem is traffic. So it will take up to 30 minutes from the city center. Everything is fine, we were able to book on the same day and check in late at around 8pm, Breakfast is included but it's not appetizing, my concern is with the bathroom, it smells like cockroach when I tried to open the cabinet below the sink where the heater switch is located. I hope it was more accessible, since the bathroom is small it was hard for me to crouch down and turn it on, plus the smell of the cockroach. Overall if you just want to sleep for a night it's a good choice.

This hostel is right in the heart of Baguio's market, so you can't escape the market's noise late at night or early in the morning. However, everything quiets down after 10 PM. The noise isn't too bothersome if you're out and about during the day and only return in the evening to relax. Since the rooms are on the second floor, water pressure is often low, though it doesn't stop flowing entirely. The owner is on-site 24/7, ready to assist you immediately, and is incredibly kind and hospitable.

SSolamia AƱascoThis was our second stay at Travelite Legarda. We usually go to Baguio every January. During our previous visit, we stayed at Travelite Express Hotel near Burnham Park, and the following year we decided to try Travelite Legarda. This is now our second time staying here.
We initially checked in to Room 321 and noticed that there was no hot water in the room. I immediately asked for assistance from the front desk because hot water is really important, especially since Baguio is very cold. FO Ericka and HK Arnold assisted us and helped transfer us to another room with hot water, Room 309.
At around 9:32 PM, we had already transferred to the new room. Since the hot water was working, I started taking a shower. After a few minutes, two male guests suddenly opened our room, which shocked us because they were able to access the room. The two guests said that the front office had also assigned Room 309 to them.
After I finished my shower, I waited for any staff or front office personnel to come, knock, or at least apologize for what happenedābut no one came. I was really shocked and disappointed.
I also work in the hotel industry, so I understand that mistakes can happen, but this situation was clearly a serious negligence. At the very least, an apology should have been given to the guest. I donāt know if the staff were busy or unaware, but this experience was not good for any guest.
I hope this incident will not happen again to other guests in the future.

GGuest User2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

GGuest UserA cozy hotel, the rooms are clean, the housekeeping is good, the rooms are spacious, but the breakfast and food in the restaurant are very local and tasteless, there is an egg cooking station at breakfast, but you have to wait a very long time, there are waffles, but for some reason they are undercooked inside. The toilet in the cafe is also strange, it's clean, but even the toilet seat isnt in the women's.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But itās a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because itās near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didnāt get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and we especially enjoyed their taho, which comes in different flavors.

GGuest UserI stayed at Selandra and it truly exceeded my expectations. At first, there was a minor issue, but the host quickly resolved it with such grace and professionalism. She made sure I was comfortable and even asked if I had any questions or concerns about the placeāshe was more than happy to help. Her hospitality was genuinely warm and reassuring.
I celebrated my 25th birthday here, and I couldnāt have picked a better place. The space is not only aesthetic and peaceful, but also reliable for remote workāthe internet connection was solid throughout my stay. If you're looking for a quiet and beautifully designed place to unwind, this is perfect. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
Just a small note: the location is a bit tucked away, so if you're not into long walks, itās best to book a Grab going to and from the listing, especially since it's not along the main road. But aside from that, everything was amazing. I highly recommend her place!

The bed and linens aee clean and crisp... we booked at deluxe queen only with ceiling fan, but it feels like your inside an airconditioned room.. staffs are friendly amd couteous. They serve buffet breakfast if guests are 30p ax and above only.. though only few choices of foods at the buffet, we were still feel staisfied... definitely, we will book again..

GGuest UserThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
