"This hotel has a lot going for it: great location, wonderful staff and more often than not reasonable price. Being connected to arguably the best land transportation system in Northern Luzon (Victory Liner) and situated in proximity to several national government agencies in the city, as well a good walking distance to SM Bagiuo and Session Road makes for a very compelling choice to stay in the city. All said, good place and great locations will make this hotel a prime consideration when visiting CAR's regional center."
"Highly Recommended! May free breakfast sa beanstalk. Masarap and maganda view nasa photos below. Very accommodating mga staff. Located talaga sa heart ng baguio 💗 will book again sa hotel na to. Thank you so much po 😍🫶🏻"
"We enjoyed our stay in Azalea in Baguio. The food is also great! I’m glad I found a good deal in Trip.com site. Good location but hope they would put up a fitness center. They have spacious parking unlike other hotels. The staff are also accommodating. Thank you for being part of my family’s New yeae vacation. I wish we could have booked earlier."
"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The food was great, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They made my birthday extra special — upon check-in, I was surprised with a birthday greeting cake and a beautifully decorated room. It made me feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Their online messaging was very responsive, and they gladly granted all my requests. Thank you for such a memorable experience!"
"If you’re traveling with family or a big group, this Manhattan hotel is actually a good option. The rooms are genuinely spacious and can accommodate up to 10 people, which is rare in NYC. ⚠️ Heads-up though: We had a small inconvenience with the Trip.com website as some of the information provided was incorrect. Good thing the issue was resolved and the refund is already in process. Lesson learned—call the hotel directly right after booking to confirm all details and avoid any awkward or humiliating moments during check-in. 🍽️ Food rating: 3/5 The meals were okay, but the tapa was more litid than meat, so don’t expect too much in that area. 🤝 Service rating: 4/5 Hotel staff were responsive and assisted us immediately whenever we needed help. Overall, great for space and family stays—just double-check your booking details to save yourself the stress."
"This place is very recommended 💯% worth it Ang ginastos mo Pera pra sa pgbooked ng transient, hndi kayo mag sisi dto grabe ang Ganda at Ang linis tapos friendly pa mga staff...any way sorry for late reviews thank you so much balikan namin ang place na ito ."
"Myself and wife, looking for some relief from the heat and humidity had an overnight stay in Baguio. Both seniors by Philippine standards, though still working in UK. We booked a suite and requested view over countryside or city, king sized double required. For less than £60 including breakfasts it was a done deal. We were allocated room 501, up 1 level ( bear in mind there are rooms above and below the reception level), normal for Baguio given the topology of the area. Room views are spectacular, no noise from adjoining lift at all, 2 quarter windows opened and had gnat Mesh covers ( we left these ajar to hear the local sounds that were hardly audible). Efficient Air con in room (though no remote control), good sized, wall mounted TV ( a UK news channel would have been appreciated), room mini bar doesn't exist ( not the stated required P2000 deposit at book on as booking was prepaid online) 2x std sized bottles of water, kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, 2x tea coffee sugar and creamer, 2x cups and saucers, a Bible ( missed from other 2 hotels stayed at this vacation) Breakfast was a good selection buffet that sated our appetites until the evening. Staff attentive but not overbearing. I'm I think me and the wife have found our escape location for future trips to the PI's that we do at least bi-annually"
"Excellent service, clean and comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff (specially Albert from Security, who helped us everytime looking for a parking that is near in the entrance and it helps a lot because my wife is pregnant). Its a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!"

Very Good
GGuest UserThe staffs are all friendly, helpful and kind. Hotel location is very convenient and accessible to all tourist attractions.
GGuest UserYou get a really nice room to stay in plus a host who will be at your beck and call for all your needs. You can also cook in the unit. All in all it was a good stay and looking forward to booking again :)
GGuest UserWe were very satisfied with the hotel’s accommodations. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great stay worth recommending.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Camp John Hay, a private, peaceful, and well-guarded community. Although the room is somewhat old, it is very clean and offers a great view from the balcony. Overall, it’s a good choice for those visiting Baguio.
GGuest UserIt was our second time staying here and it was pleasant, as usual. The staff were friendly and courteous. Very consistent in their service. 👌 Given its prime location, just a walking distance from tourist spots (Burnham, Rizal Park, session road) and food crawls, it is one of the ideal places to stay within Baguio City. If you’re into cafes, I suggest cafe hopping as well since there are a couple of cafes within the vicinity, the most famous being Foam coffee, Legarda branch. Just sharing snippets of our short trip, within the area. Hotel room views and what nots. 😁
GGuest UserSuper polite, accommodating ang mga hotel staff, they even let us check in earlier yesterday. They bring our luggage and bags in our room. Very clean and super Bangor ng mga room at Cr. Highly recommended and super quiet ng place masarap magrelax at tulog namin.
