"We booked our stay purely based on adult only and past reviews. Champagne on arrival, concierge brought out bags to our room as we were an early Flight in so we could relax by the pool whilst our room was prepared. A 100m stroll takes you down hill to a local shop for water and other necessities. The room is spacious and has everything you would need with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. We stayed in 711 and we couldn’t get over the volcano stone designed bathrooms with rain shower. One thing myself and my wife enjoyed is that the staff are always on hand to help but aren’t in your face or annoying you. IThe atmosphere is very relaxed I guess being a boutique hotel with 81 rooms they keep it very chilled and we never had to fight for a sun lounger or space by the pool. Unfortunately I can’t remember all of the staff members that made our stay perfect but to name a few Liliana, Daniella and Leo go above and beyond to make It a 5• luxury stay."

"Just spent 10 days in this faultless hotel. Everything was just perfect . There was a great selection of food which was always hot and tasty. The cold starter selection was my favourite. Staff were all very pleasant and the entertainment guy was fabulous. Sunbeds were never a problem to get. Rooms cleaned everyday and the place is spotless. Yes it is up hill but a taxi only costs around 4 euro but the walk caused us no issues. Ignore all the negatives we had done our research before we went so were aware of the location etc. 5 litres of water can be purchased at reception for €1.50 so saves carrying it back."

"The room and service were perfect, quiet and spacious, with complete facilities including a swimming pool and restaurant. The hotel is quite large and a bit confusing. After snorkeling, I had already checked out, but they still let me shower in the courtesy room before heading to the airport."

"I had a wonderful time at this hotel. For a 2* it had everything I needed and wanted. Lovely palm trees and bougainvillea everywhere. There were plenty of activities to choose from / sign up to via the Tui App such as aqua aerobics, and sunset yoga, and arts and crafts. The young instructors were lovely and enthusiastic. The evening entertainment was laid back and good fun with quizzes and shows and music.  They very kindly upgraded me to a large sea view room with views across to Fuertaventura. Very much appreciated. I went self catering and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed. No oven but a combi microwave.  The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage space and sockets. Pool / beach towel provided.  I had the buffet dinner on my last night and there was so much choice. Very good value for €20.  Would definitely recommend."

"Where do I start this hotel is beautiful! We have been to playa Blanca a few times and we always loved the look at this hotel so knew we had to come. Upon arrival we were offered cava and fruit juices for the kids. We were told all about the hotel and the different things which were on we got given a fabric bag with the towel cards in and our room key which was a nice touch so we could keep everything together. When arriving to our room as it was my birthday they had left a cake and a card. On the bed was a beech bag with flip flops in which may I add our extremely comfy. There was slippers and robes hung up in the wardrobe. The room was immaculate and everyday was cleaned to such a high standard. The water in the fridge was refilled everyday. They come and turn down your room every night and leave a chocolate which is a nice touch. Also the kids beds are turned back into sofas during the day which makes it a lot easier. The pool was really clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. You can take your own drinks by the pool which was good. The buffet breakfast in the mornings was one of the best we have ever had. Proper bacon and sausages and the hashbrowns were amazing! They had cava so we had a few cheeky mimosas in the morning. We went to the restaurant looking out over the pool as it had nice outdoor seating. Our kids used the kids club which was really good. My son did the football academy which was 20€ per day and my daughter went into the normal club and really enjoyed it. We also hired the court to play paddle which was a lot of fun. We didn’t use any of the other restaurants at the hotel as we wanted to go out and playa Blanca have so many lovely places to eat. You are literally close to everything the marina and the town so we didn’t need to get a taxi all week. Highly recommend the biker and the Irish bars just outside the hotel for lunch and they do live music at night which is really good. Would 100% return! Loved our visit!"
