The service was fantastic! We arrived after 10:30 PM, and she was very patient, guiding us through purchasing tickets and arranging for local help to deliver our luggage from the main west entrance to the hotel. They even gave my son a dragon souvenir when we checked out. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, exceeded all of our expectations. The personal butler, Lili was amazing and helpful. We really loved staying at the resort, the breakfast is great, especially the coffee, and we enjoyed the cocktails and batik experience. Everything was perfect!

The weather cooled down when we arrived at Zhaoxing Dong Village. It was very cold outside, but I felt warm when I entered the room, because the front desk guy and girl had helped me upgrade the room and turned on the heating, so it was very heartwarming. The room was unique and clean, and the front desk guy came to our entrance immediately to help us with the luggage. Fruits, drinks and snacks were also very well prepared. A small sample of the toiletries set was given in the room, and the breakfast was also pretty good, with two cocktails and one wax dye. When we checked out, the front desk girl gave us a special souvenir tea gift, and sent us to the return parking stop. The pictures were all taken by me casually.
