"The Hongqiqu Hotel in Linzhou has been open for 14 years, so I opted for the Orange Crystal Hotel downtown instead. I rarely stay in hotels of this caliber, but I was quite satisfied with my stay. The room decor was high-standard, and both the hallways and parking lot were very spacious. I especially loved the corner sofa in the business king room – perfect for the whole family to eat, chat, and watch TV together. It felt really great. The breakfast was a bit simple, though."

"The room was incredibly spacious, offering unobstructed views of the Taihang Mountains. It was impeccably clean, fully equipped with smart technology, and meticulous attention to detail was evident throughout. The linens were clean and comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally large, making it perfectly spacious even with a child. The service was outstanding; a welcome fruit platter and a welcome gift upon check-out were provided, and the front desk promptly addressed any issues. Parking was convenient, making it ideal for those traveling by car."

"The location is great, right across from the bus station, and there's a decent-sized supermarket not too far away with very reasonably priced fruits, drinks, and snacks. The hotel staff called ahead to confirm my arrival time and even asked if I wanted them to turn on the air conditioning, which was a nice touch! 👍🏻 Later, they proactively upgraded my room. After I checked in, they even followed up to see if I was satisfied with the room. The service is truly excellent. The room is very spacious, and having the toilet, sink, and shower room all separate is super convenient and avoids any conflicts."

"Breakfast is now served together with the main dining area, which is crowded and noisy with many tour groups. During my check-in, there were people drinking and making a ruckus in the hallway at night. Overall, it felt far inferior to newly opened chain hotels in the city center."

"I booked online because of its high ratings, and it didn't disappoint. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were especially welcoming. They even gave us an extra breakfast voucher since we had two for our family of three. The place has its own courtyard with parking, and it's very convenient for dining nearby and transportation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Linzhou."

The hotel staff are very welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is warm and inviting. The floors are clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer excellent views. Located right next to Red Flag Canal Avenue, its location is superb, with People's Park nearby, making dining and parking convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The amenities were brand new. The view from the window was beautiful. It was quiet and comfortable, with no interruptions. The staff was also very friendly. In the evening, when we were enjoying the cool breeze, the staff took the initiative to bring us free tea and delicious fruit."

"The breakfast was disappointing. We went on a weekday, and it was just us and another restaurant there. They had noodles, so we ordered a portion. The staff said they'd cook it downstairs (were the individual pots upstairs constantly burning?). They brought a bowl down from downstairs, and another table started eating with their own used chopsticks. The staff didn't stop them. There was even hair in the food."

"First, the advantages: the location of this guesthouse is decent; if parking is inconvenient, the owner will guide you to another parking spot. The service at check-in was acceptable. Because my child wasn't feeling well the night before, we slept in a little longer in the morning, and even though breakfast time was past 9 am, they still let us have breakfast there for a while, and their attitude was still acceptable. The most unsatisfactory thing is that the rooms assigned to me and my friends (three families in total) all had walls obstructing the view outside the window, but this wasn't shown on the booking page. I've booked rooms on Ctrip for many years, and rooms with obstructing views outside the window are always clearly indicated. When I went to the front desk to talk to the staff, they said that's how it is. I said this is deceiving customers, and they wouldn't explain, telling me to complain to Ctrip directly. The guesthouse owner needs to correct this; customers must clearly understand what kind of rooms they have booked."

"I honestly want to say, I'll never stay here again! When I checked in, I first asked the front desk about the price of a deluxe single room, and the price I got was similar to what I'd found on Ctrip. Then I asked about a deluxe standard room, and they said 258, but I saw it was 255 on Ctrip. Since it was already 7:20 PM, I asked for a discount. They said if I didn't book online, I could get it down to 238 if I booked in person. I confirmed it was a deluxe standard room, and she said yes. I paid 500 yuan, including the deposit, all at once. When we got to the room, we found it was extremely dated. Even with all the lights on, it was still dim! When I washed my hands in the bathroom, I found the drain lever behind the faucet stuck to the wall and wouldn't work! I immediately ran to the front desk to ask if they were lying. I was actually checking into a standard room, not a deluxe room, yet the standard room price on Ctrip was only 227 yuan! They surprisingly replied that they hadn't lied to me, saying they were just unfamiliar with the service and made a mistake. Haha, this isn't the first time they've ripped me off! This is clearly fraud! Just because we're ***, does that mean you can't be honest? Can you just rip off tourists? Who would dare to travel to your country in the future? Do you want to learn from them?"

For this price, it's really affordable for a four-star hotel. The room was clean and tidy – superb! Highly recommended."
