I have stayed here many times and I feel very good every time. It is close to Xi'an and has a sense of vacation. I had some snacks, soaked in hot springs, and played in the water. It was a happy weekend. The housekeeper Wang Mengyuan was also very considerate and helped me to check out late. I will go there again next time if I have the chance.

It's much better than expected. The private butler Xie Kunkun is very good. We brought an extra child and asked them to send an extra set of toiletries. The hot spring receptionists are also very good, gentle but very capable. I will go again

The room was very clean and I was very satisfied with the overall environment. The water in the swimming pool was constantly flowing and very clean. Water quality is really important when you bring children. The service of Mia at the front desk was also very good. When we left, we left our child's swimming ring in the hotel. Mia contacted us and sent it back. Goodnight soup was also delivered at 9 o'clock in the evening. It was pretty good. I will go there again next time I have the chance.

This was a very dirty trip. We booked a deluxe twin room (including breakfast) and because we were a mother and daughter, we added an extra bed for 300 yuan. When the front desk receptionist said that we had to pay for breakfast for this bed, I said okay. (Later, when I made a reservation at the restaurant, the waiter said that this was free and did not need to be paid for) This front desk was a bit unprofessional! I asked if a charger could be provided for the room. The front desk (with a cold attitude throughout the process) asked me to scan the power bank. Alas, I was speechless. Because someone in the family is in a wheelchair, there is no sign on the glass of the bathroom design, and the room lighting can easily cause visual errors, which is indeed very dangerous for the elderly or people with limited mobility. This aspect should be more humane. The toiletries in the bathroom are a bit too backward, such as the toothpaste that is provided, which cannot be twisted open or squeezed out. There are pictures! Let's talk about breakfast. It's monotonous, too monotonous! Is it because there are few guests staying here that this is the arrangement? The same dish, three of us ordered three servings, too much! Celery with bean curd, we had no choice! Is it worth the price? I asked why there was no pillow for the extra bed in the room, and the waiter glanced at the bed opposite, meaning that I should take one from the two beds... We paid to stay in the hotel, and it felt like begging. It was a very bad stay. I praised that our family was in a wheelchair and the hotel did not have convenient facilities for the disabled, so the waiter in the restaurant helped to lift it. I still have to thank them for this. Overall, it was too bad and really needs to be improved! This is my experience after spending 1644.

It feels good to lie down and sleep~ It is recommended to drive there by yourself. The hotel can park, just at the entrance of the Yuanjia Village scenic spot. Go to the neighboring Yuanjia Village for a walk. There are famous snacks in Shaanxi! You can also buy hot spring tickets separately to soak in the hot springs. It's convenient to do it according to your needs! In short, it is highly recommended, the first choice for a one-day tour in Xi'an!
