"Now that I'm middle-aged, I've traveled hundreds, if not thousands, of times. This time, the hotel in Liuba completely changed my perception. I had a two-day weekend trip, and beforehand I looked at many options on Ctrip. I personally dislike guesthouses and prefer hotels, thinking they're better in every way. I booked this so-called hotel for a little over 300 yuan, only to find out upon arrival that it wasn't a hotel at all, more like a resort. The circled area shows the loft king-size bed room I booked. I've never had a bad experience before, but this time I was really disappointed; the room was like a pigeon coop. The lowest point of the ceiling was so cramped I couldn't even stand up straight. The service was even worse. I arrived at 5 pm, and there should have been two more rooms of this type available, but I, who arrived first, was given a room with a broken bathroom mirror. I immediately told the staff, but she just said, "Oh, I know, we have a note." The pillows were too low, and when I asked for another one, she simply said they didn't have any, and added that if I wasn't satisfied, I could get a refund. Is this the service attitude expected of a so-called three-star hotel? My request wasn't unreasonable. I was willing to pay for an upgrade, but you said there were no rooms available. Fine, then bring me an extra pillow, and you said there weren't any either? You even said the hotel only provides one-to-one amenities, and there weren't any extras. Did you think I'd never stayed in a hotel before? Later, another staff member came, and after a brief discussion, they moved me to a different room. Only then did I realize there was one room available. They then promised to get me an extra pillow from somewhere else. The problem was solved, but I felt like I'd swallowed a fly... I'd wanted to visit Liuba for a long time; the scenery is nice. But I never expected to slip and twist my ankle in the least likely place. It's my own fault; I assumed all hotels were the same. This hotel is not what I expected! My travel mood was instantly dampened. I shouldn't blame others; I should blame myself for not being careful enough. Objectively speaking, the resort's environment was decent. I saw the suite layout later, and although the facilities were a bit basic, it was still a good place to escape the summer heat. Finally, a piece of advice: if you want to charge according to hotel standards, you must provide hotel-level service! You are obligated to unconditionally meet guests' demands unless they make unreasonable requests. There's no best, only better! The people of Liuba are honest and kind; I was very satisfied with shopping and dining there. I hope I won't encounter similar situations next time I visit. "The room is clean and spacious. I like the living room here very much. It is simple and practical. I like the large glass windows here more. You can see the rural scenery outside. The wild kiwi fruit given to me when I checked in tastes very special. It is different from the ones bought in the supermarket and has a unique fragrance. Later, when there were scenic spots, I bought the larger ones that were planted. They were also super sweet and delicious. Thanks to Sister Zhao at the front desk. She kept tracking feedback information before checking in. How far is the highway from the store? And whether to eat in the evening was followed up in detail. The service was very attentive and thoughtful. And my housekeeper Sister Xiong is very honest and simple. She cooks great breakfast for us every day. There is a kitchen under our yard. Breakfast is arranged in advance every day and delivered on time. Sister Xiong also told me that we can make adjustments according to the tastes of our guests. This service is really great. The only drawback is that there is only a big bed in the room, and there are no shelves or tables around it to put the suitcases. I have to squat on the floor every time to look for clothes and miscellaneous items, which is a bit inconvenient. It would be better if there is a table or luggage rack next to the bed so that I can just bend down to pack the suitcases."

Overall, the accommodation, dining, and transportation were all hassle-free, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Liuba!"

"The price and environment were acceptable. It felt relatively clean for a county town, and the price-performance ratio was high. We went hiking early the next morning, so we didn't have high expectations. We booked three rooms, four adults and two children. The double room was quite nice, no unpleasant smell, and relatively comfortable. ‼️However, the twin room had a very strong, pungent smell. ‼️We couldn't get through to the front desk by phone, and room service was practically nonexistent."
