"Checked in today and we were told the rooftop bar is not open yet which is very disappointing. After 4 years of construction the hotel does not seem ready for occupancy as our room outlets are missing and the main amenities are not available. No compensation was offered. Parking is a hassle and the front door is not easy to access. We had to open heavy doors while trying to carry luggage thru."

"I have been staying at this particular residence Inn for 14 years in the past couple years it was starting to look a little tired but my last visit I got one of the newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful. The front desk personnel are always friendly and helpful and the even the guest themselves are very nice. There are many restaurants in the area that are top-notch and my favorite place to do a little grocery shopping right across the road at sprouts"
