📍 4800 N 2nd St, Loves Park, Loves Park

"Will not stay here again, even as a last resort. They must spray routinely because room had a lot of dead, dried up roaches. Room was actually grimy it had not been cleaned in so long. The sheets and towels were threadbare but clean. Old, lumpy mattress was encased in plastic. I usually stop in Rockford because its a halfway point between two 8-hr driving days for me."

"Very good, economical! Except the bed is a little soft, everything else is good! It would be perfect if there is a humidifier! The air is very dry due to the weather and indoor air conditioning!"

Clayton House Motel ★★★
"This reservation was the worst and the dirtiest stay i have ever experienced! (When i first opened the door i felt like JOE!) then to make things worst i paid my security deposit with a card but never received my refund and when called the front desk he insisted that i had my money because i fidnt not ask for it when returning the key but he never even inspected the room to verify the refund ( fraudulent). I will never ever refer this place to anyone let alone reserve again…horrible service!!!"
