This booking includes a late check-out policy of 2:00 PM. I intended to take a nap after lunch, but someone rang the doorbell once around 1:00 PM and again just after 1:00 PM. Please respect this service and do not disturb guests before check-out time."

They wouldn't turn on the central air conditioning (I called twice, the front desk knocked twice to communicate, and only after a complaint on the platform did they finally turn it on). 2. The washing machine was so-so. 3. There wasn't even free water in the room. Bottled water was priced at 6 yuan per bottle. Having stayed in over 300 hotels, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel that doesn't provide free water!"
