"After the recent hurricane prevented us from reaching our Airbnb, we were fortunate to discover this delightful hotel nearby. The manager was incredibly accommodating, especially considering we made our reservation late at night. Even though she was already home, she promptly returned to help us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was warm and inviting, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed. We also loved the thoughtful touches, like the coffee, water, and snacks provided—perfect for late-night cravings when most places were closed. We’ll definitely be returning and can’t wait to share this gem with all our traveling friends!"

"The room facilities were basic, and the breakfast selection was extremely limited, with only a few options and no seating. The booking specified four breakfasts for four people, but all that was provided was coffee and muffins; there wasn't even any bread, let alone anything else."

"We have never been in this area and had 5 nights between two work trips to DC for my husband. This place was fantastic! And Shannon and Joe are the best hosts. Shannon is an incredible cook and baker and makes a gourmet 3 course breakfast every morning. Joe serves all of her amazing dishes and is so personable and fun, easy to talk to, just like Shannon. She also puts out a “snack” around 4:00 which is always a real treat. The house itself is beautifully furnished and comfy. They gave us great local dinner and activity recommendations which we thoroughly enjoyed. Joe and Shannon are Army vets. I love they made it home safely and are living out their American Dream."
