"Filthy beyond belief. The moment I walked in, dust was everywhere – a thick layer on the tables, and the carpet felt powdery. The bathroom had mold and water stains, and the bed was even worse. I didn't dare move the duvet at night; every movement sent clouds of dust flying. As someone with allergic rhinitis, I had to take medication. There were also unknown stains on the pillows. At check-out, they tried to charge me half a day's room rate for leaving after 4 PM, even though my Ctrip booking included a late check-out until 3 PM. When I asked about it at check-in, they denied it, saying their standard check-out was 2 PM. This experience was truly a turn-off. For such a large hotel, the cleanliness was absolutely appalling!!!"
