"Overall hotel atmosphere was good, nice architecture and gardening, small waterfalls around resort. Rooms has fully amenities but the deductible about cleanliness was outdoor tub was dirt but acceptable because of the outdoors particle. First water from tap, shower had brown color with particles but acceptable because the resort located with nature then water might be from ground before purification. Breakfast was so fresh with veggies and fruits, great taste of coffee and assorted breakfast type we can choose. It's not Breakfast parlor it was set to order which was well preps. Overall was great."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Mae Kampong. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery, with a lovely stream running right beside the property. The cool, fresh air and beautiful natural setting made my stay incredibly relaxing. The place was also fully equipped with everything I needed. What made this experience truly unforgettable was the host. They were incredibly kind, warm, friendly, and attentive, and took better care of me than any host I have ever met. The host even made pizza for dinner—and it was absolutely amazing! Honestly, it was the most delicious pizza I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mae Kampong. I would definitely love to stay here again!"

"Incredible retreat - it really is in the middle of the jungle so I would recommend arranging transfers in advance. Beautiful scenery, amazing food and cocktails. I would definitely return for another stay, only downside we had was a lot of condensation on the windows so it was quite damp in the bedroom. Make sure to bring bug spray there is so many bugs around pool area as you are surrounded by nature. The complimentary afternoon tea was outstanding. We also loved being able to get the golf buggy around the retreat."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which added greatly to the overall experience. While the property is a bit more expensive than some alternatives, we found it to be well worth the cost. The quality of service, accommodations, and unique experiences provided excellent value. We are sorry that we couldn't get an elephant morning wake up call. I feel sad for the few people that complain and make life difficult for others and also for the elephants. I think the elephant enjoyed waking up humans. We were delighted to see a pair of Northern Thailand reindeer, which was an unexpected treat. We are already looking forward to returning and were genuinely sad to leave. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others seeking a unique and memorable stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The experience was perfect from the first contact! The hosts are amazingly helpful, with great communication. They couldn’t have done more for us - big thank you! They even decorated our room with thousands of petals (we were celebrating our honeymoon) and it was so beautiful. The location is wonderful; close to Maekampong village, but quietly nestled in the trees around the beautiful river. Easy to get to from Chiang Mai. The accommodation was great. Very comfortable - tents with smart tvs, private bathrooms (with an exterior tub), terraces with a big table and sun loungers! It was perfect. The biggest thing was really how wonderful the host was. They helped us organise anything and were so kind and welcoming. I would be very happy to come back and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

It is inconvenient to eat, and the place where I live is a bit remote. The remote environment is very good, and it is suitable for health and rest there. It is 3 kilometers away from Jitai Village, and it is not easy to walk up and down the slope. It is not convenient to take a car. You must use the villagers. To take a car to Jitai Village, you use the villagers, which costs 500 Thai baht per round trip."

"An amazing place up in the mountain, peaceful and tranquil, great for an escape. It's located lower down than the main village street and only takes a few minutes if walking. However, the owner was incredible, spoke fluent English and on my arrival took me to all the noteworthy places by vehicle which are within 1km. He always offered to take me somewhere if I was going out. The room was very spacious, clean and decorated fitting in with the Japanese theme, the view was good and there's also a balcony accessed from the outside. Bath was good to soak after exploring during the day. The service and food are great, hotpot was delicious, breakfast and coffee perfect. Well worth a visit, highly recommend!!! 💯🔥"

"The information on the *********** listing is misleading and does not match the actual accommodation. The property is advertised as 145 m², while the real space is closer to approximately 25 m². Several features clearly mentioned in the listing were not present, including an outdoor seating area, a fireplace and a separate living room. These were essential elements in our booking decision. We raised this immediately upon arrival and were told the booking could be cancelled due to the incorrect information. Despite this agreement and repeated communication through ***********, the refund has still not been processed. Because of this experience we found the accuracy of the listing and the communication around the booking unreliable. Future guests should carefully verify the details before booking."
