We arrived at the hotel at around 5pm to get the key and went to the room to see that it was not tidy at all and things in the room were in a mess. It took me a long time to find the cleaner. Such management level is really speechless."

"I was in Lima OH when I mistakenly booked a stay in North Lima . I was tired from working all day and thinking North Lima was the north side of Lima not a totally different city. When I should up 5 minutes later to the hotel I assume I booked since it was only 2 miles from my location at 10:30 at night . The hotel manager let me know about the mix up. I will never use this provider for any bookings nore will I stay in a Quality Inn. I purchased a stay that night being the one I accidentally booked was over 200 miles away. I really hope these 2 companies go out of business with practice to screw over customers the only way they make any income. Shouldn't take long."

"My husband and I have been staying here for a month at Springhill Suites for a month awaiting our home to finish building. We will be here another 2 weeks. We have had an awesome experience this being our temporary home. All of the dishes, pots and pans, washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, stove, etc were a part of the suit. There is also unlimited bottled water in the lobby. The front desk associates are like family. You can ask Emmy and Daryl anything. You never feel like you are bothering them. In the evenings, you can come down to the bar and have a drink/ small plate. There is breakfast for free everyday. We truly cannot say enough about how happy we chose this hotel to stay in at this stressful transitional time of our lives."
