"We had to change rooms due to a faulty heater but it was handled quickly and efficiently. The carpet was stained but otherwise the room was satisfactorily clean. The staff was polite. Room was fairly quiet. Beds were comfortable. We opted to go out for breakfast so cannot comment on the continental breakfast."

Room fittings rusting, microwave dirty, exposed fire alarm wires, fire alarm not working, furniture heavily worn, room and corridor smells of smoking , mould in bathroom ceiling,Room door would not lock, noise in corridor all night. Security issues. Nothing to be positive about. Failed to get refunded"
