Located in a strategic position that allows you to reach the Etna and the sea in a short time. I have been pleasantly impressed and I hope to stay for other occasions in the future. "worst place i have ever stayed in....our room was furnished with super old bits and pieces - I usually do not mind this but the problem was that everything was stiff with dust. The bath was particularly disgusting....I dreaded showering in it and tried not to come in contact with anything....did not have any breakfast at the place as the hygiene standard of the room made me afraid to consume anything prepared on the premises. to be fair the pool area was rather lovely but the rest of the property is neglected and derelict."

"Very modern hotel, very good location and a very secure place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel in general. Our room was always comfy which catered very well also for the needs of our two young kids. Exceptional Breakfast. All the workers in general are all friendly, kind, helpful and supportive - especially *Maria* who tries to go out of her way to ensure that all the guests are happy at all times during the breakfast. She also gives a proper handover to her colleagues to ensure smooth running even when she is away.
