"I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 3 years. I know it is a 2-star hotel, so I don't expect much. Very few amenities offered. The breakfast is very minimal. The cereal in the dispensers was stale. I'm not sure if I trust the coffee or juice dispensers, wonder how long it has been since they were properly cleaned. The pop machine has never worked in the times I have visited. This last visit I rented two rooms, One for my daughter and her husband, one for my wife and myself. My daughters room had a very large damp/moldy area in the bathroom ceiling from a leak above. In our room the toilet stopped functioning, it would take about 10 minutes to refill after a flush. The weather was also very hot, so we needed to run the AC. We kept it at a reasonable 70 degrees, but we could tell the dehumidifier part of it was not working, everything in the room was damp after a few hours, the bedding, the carpet, and our clothes that we had hung up. There is rarely anyone at the front desk. I guess you get what you pay for. Expect very little and you get even less. This place was "OK" when I first started staying there a few years ago, it has gone downhill since. I doubt if I will ever be back."

"Amenities are good. Overall clean and tidy but quite dated. Outside the front of the property is a bit scruffy, could do with a sweep. People were smoking and tgrowing butts in the floor as no bin is provided. Staff seemed very stressed and not customer focused. They need to spend on modernisation and spend less on free breakfast."
