The reasons were as follows: 1. The internet speed was incredibly slow. A 30-second video would buffer for several minutes, and a short video would spin in circles for ages. 2. The room smelled terrible, almost moldy. 3. Worst of all, there were tiny, unknown flying insects in the room. Their bites felt like mosquito bites and were extremely itchy. "The room looks exactly like the official pictures, and the hotel service is decent. The only downside is the disposable slippers – their quality is pretty poor 😓, they really only last a day. During the Chinese New Year period, the park had a full schedule of activities every day, but the evening water show required an extra ticket. For families with kids, they might want to consider a few things: perhaps slightly larger rooms, and a ticket package for 2 adults and 1 child (or 2 children). I saw several families having to pay extra for their children's tickets during check-in, which was a bit annoying. Staying at a hotel inside the scenic area is really convenient, especially in the mornings when it's much quieter before the outside visitors arrive."
