"wanted to leave an honest review because the description of this motel did not match my experience at all. While the staff was polite enough to allow me an early check-in, the overall condition of the property was extremely disappointing. Even from the moment I checked in, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. The office had nowhere for guests to sit, the windows had bars on them, and I had to slide my cards through a glass window to the employee checking me in, similar to a bank teller setup. It immediately gave the impression that safety and security were major concerns at this property. The room itself was in very poor condition. There were tears in the side molding, rips and holes in the walls, graffiti on the mirror, and the door was visibly dented. The smoke detector appeared to be hanging from the ceiling and was being held up by a cage. The outlets were so worn out that my chargers constantly fell out, and there was a large gap underneath the door — honestly large enough for a snake or other pests to get through. The motel also did not provide conditioner, which may seem minor, but added to the feeling that basic upkeep and guest comfort were not priorities. I also felt uncomfortable with some of the policies and overall atmosphere. The employee checking me in would not allow me to use my boyfriend’s card for payment, even though he had given it to me for emergencies after my own card had expired. Thankfully, I had another backup card available. I was also told I could not have any visitors. The biggest issue, however, was feeling unsafe and unable to rest. During the night, I was repeatedly woken up by loud yelling outside, people playing soccer nearby, banging on the walls, and motorcycles driving past the window. I had taken sleeping medication and still could not sleep because of the constant noise and anxiety about the environment. With only a single deadbolt lock on the door, I genuinely questioned whether I should leave and find another hotel in the middle of the night. If you are considering staying here, I strongly encourage you to do your research first. If you can spend a little more money, I would recommend finding somewhere cleaner, quieter, and safer."

"The motel offers occasional views of the snow-capped mountains across the street, and a beautiful sunset. However, the facilities are outdated, breakfast is not provided, and the bedding was not washed. Overall, it's not good value for the price."

"Too bad This is the worst hotel. It was overpriced for the weekend, 2500 RMB (about 344 USD) for two nights. I didn't stay the second night and checked out early on the first day. The second night's room fee was not refunded. The room was disgusting. As soon as I entered, I smelled a very bad smell and wanted to vomit, but because I arrived too late, I had to endure it all night and couldn't sleep all night. At the same time, I was also worried about safety issues. The sound outside was clear. As long as someone passed by, the walls and floors would vibrate, especially when someone opened and closed the door. This was too exaggerated. The window was almost like a decoration, because it was in the aisle and it was impossible to open it. It looked very dangerous. I didn't dare to sleep at all. I didn't sleep for a night and it was really devastating. In short, don't come! ! ! !"

"I've stayed here a handful of times I noticed the bathrooms have been updated, a plus. This location is great their are plenty of places to eat, 24 hour fitness, cvs , target, movies, grocery stores. Freeway access is great. The pool is refreshing and the room came with a patio area and lawn view which is nice. The property is well landscaped very green. Where I do think this location has room for improvement are the AC UNIT in the rooms are extremely loud. It was hard to sleep. I recall the bed was not as comfortable as in the past. Also, the customer service approach in regards to deposit required needs to updated. As it DOES NOT STATE THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE DEPOSIT ON YOUR CARD ONLY. I do think that it's important to be flexible and accommodate but that didn't happen. All the other establishments on trip.com, trivago, *******, booking all have what's expected. For example $100 deposit required on a credit card no cash deposit. NOT deposit not paid in cash will be returned in 2 to 4 weeks. Then told by staff it's 2 to 4 days. I happened to show up with cash. As I had to walk and scramble to figure out how to get the cash back into my account. I will say they did allow me to leave my heavy bag at the front desk while I walked to the bank in 90 plus degree heat. It's the little things that we can do to lock in customer retention."
