"I cancelled 24 hours ahead of time and I did not get reimbursed. If a huge hotel can take money from a single mom after promising you’d cancel then there is no integrity here. Be prepared for bad reviews on every social media page. Terrible customer service."

"Ok, it is close to the work place and convenient nearby. . . ."

"This hotel has a good value for money, a good location, and a swimming pool. However, the breakfast is a bit stingy, with each person having to share the bacon and beef patties, which is a bit annoying."

"The room was clean. The service staff also have a good attitude. There is only a coffee machine in the room, but no kettle, which is a bit inconvenient. Fortunately, we brought our own thermos, so we can put a cup in it and spend the night there. There is no bottled water in the room. Please ask for it at the front desk if you need it. Breakfast is simple. In addition to dairy products, protein is eggs and bacon (or sausage). Fruits include apples and bananas."

"Very new hotel with complete room facilities. There is no problem with making a simple dinner. Parking is charged for parking. Standard American breakfast, quite a variety."

"Too bad This is the worst hotel. It was overpriced for the weekend, 2500 RMB (about 344 USD) for two nights. I didn't stay the second night and checked out early on the first day. The second night's room fee was not refunded. The room was disgusting. As soon as I entered, I smelled a very bad smell and wanted to vomit, but because I arrived too late, I had to endure it all night and couldn't sleep all night. At the same time, I was also worried about safety issues. The sound outside was clear. As long as someone passed by, the walls and floors would vibrate, especially when someone opened and closed the door. This was too exaggerated. The window was almost like a decoration, because it was in the aisle and it was impossible to open it. It looked very dangerous. I didn't dare to sleep at all. I didn't sleep for a night and it was really devastating. In short, don't come! ! ! !"

"The hotel is very new, the environment is good, the choice for a business trip to the East District of Los Angeles is very good, 10 minutes drive from ontario mall and Ontario Airport, great"

"Room is big and modern design. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"Very good hotel"
