"Very Unwelcoming. I came in to book a long term stay and I wanted to see the rooms the young woman at front desk stated that she could not show me a room because a group was coming in. She then said her GM was in his way out of the door. She stated that I can see the room when I booked it. Her GM Jason Garcia came out and immediately made it seem like I was the issue. I know the art of the pivot. So I immediately corrected him and he had her look at the computer. They wanted me to come back on a Thursday. They were not booked PHYSICALLY at the time. They Had a group scheduled to come in. I wanted to see the room because my husband is disabled. I explained that. I didn’t even bother come back. I called Corporate who immediately provided us a substantial comp and they were profusely apologetic. This area is extremely diverse and they need to learn that their customer service needs to reflect the values of the busines. Perhaps I didn’t look like I could pay. Perhaps I’m not their target consumer. That’s fine. As Jason Garcia hinted…I did book somewhere else. And I paid up front. I won’t ever come back to this hotel ever."

"I arrived early the next morning because I took the night bus When I tried to check in, they said there were no rooms available So I checked in late in the afternoon Even though I had already paid for all the rooms, they didn't give me a room right away They kept knocking while doing housekeeping around 8am And opened the door I was surprised while I was sleeping"
