North Star Hotel Pictured Rocks ★★★★

"The room was large, but the amenities were not standard hotel amenities. The shower and shampoo were foamy, and the ladies couldn't get their hair clean at all. The breakfast was average, and takeout was strictly prohibited (this is the first time I've seen such a requirement in an American hotel, and I didn't even think about takeout, but I just thought it was too fussy)."

"We were extremely pleased with this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, as was our room. My grandson loved the pool and water slide. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food and beverage choices. I highly recommend staying here."

Alger Falls Motel ★★

"Comfortable no-nonsense motel. Overpriced but all hotels in Munising are overpriced."

"Love the tranquil and green surrounding, the staff is friendly, service is prompt, room is clean and spacious. It was indeed a pleasant refuge when we were trapped in the down pour for 1.5 days. We'll definitely come back again."
