"They charged a deposit fee when I arrived, when I already pre paid for my room a month ahead of time . I was never notified of the almost $100 deposit fee before I booked it on Trip. I stayed at the Marriott Fairfield, and Homewood Suites, whose amenities and rooms are another class up, and they never charged me for a deposit once. I still have not received my refund since check out. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn again."

"Rooms are very nice, clean, and new. Only things we had an issue with is conditioner was empty in the shower and the pool water tasted gross if it got in your mouth. Pool area isn't too big but there weren't many people using it at a time. All the facilities were very clean. A lot of seating is available in the lobby and outdoors. Check out is a little later than other hotels we considered which was purchasing point for us. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Due to a change in my travel plans, I booked a house in Temecula Valley at the last minute. Luckily, I met a warm and cheerful Chinese girl whose husband is in the Navy. We hit it off immediately! The stay was fantastic – safe, quiet, clean, and with convenient facilities; it felt just like home. I highly recommend it to friends; both short-term and long-term bookings are possible. Nearby are wineries, ski resorts, and golf courses. It's only a little over an hour's drive to San Diego and Los Angeles."
