"When I searched this trip for pet friendly hotels this hotel came up through Trip.com. When I got there after driving 10 hours at 7pm the hotel told me they did not allow dogs. BUT the attendant called the manager and he assured me he would process the refund. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!"

"Check-in was very easy and we were able to use a discount card and get a reasonable rate for our room. The room was very nice and had all the necessary amenities. Their breakfast had sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy and all the stuff for a continental breakfast, very satisfying. It was a little off the interstate, but not bad."

"Something was wrong with the site. When I wanted to see a close hotel it said it was 13 miles from me. So I clicked on it and then it said it was non-refundable and then I clicked on directions and it was 3 hours north of me. I will never use this site again and I will tell everyone I meet to not to use this site"

"The hotel was ok the pool was clean and pur bedroom area was clean. Our light and outlet for the room coffee pot didnt work. So had to move it to a differnt spot. Shower was ok. Toilet clean and bathtub was clean but some lf the caulking looked moldy. The contential breakfast they said they had was terrible we were able to make a waffle for pur daughter but we got down there to a case where the bread was stored and there was mold piece and i think the eggs my husband eat werent great becauae he immediately had to go to the bathroom as soon as we got to the room after breakfast. Coffee was watered down."
