"The room with the terrace I chose had a fantastic, expansive view. I drove there, and a staff member helped me park at the hotel entrance without any extra parking fees. I arrived during peak check-in time, and after a short wait, the hotel served welcome champagne. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Since the terrace room was in a detached building, it was a bit of a walk, but the corridor had information about the hotel's history and many photos of Audrey Hepburn, which made me, an Audrey Hepburn fan, very happy. The room was quite clean, but the toiletries weren't very high-end; the quality was just average. The welcome snacks, macarons, were delicious, and there was even a handwritten card from the hotel staff. Although the content was somewhat formulaic, it's not easy to write such a long message by hand. The hotel highly recommends the spa, so I had to try it. The view from the infinity pool was truly amazing; I highly recommend it. There's also a small chapel nearby where Audrey Hepburn had her wedding, which I recommend checking out. Overall, I was very satisfied; it's what you'd expect from a high-end hotel. I would definitely go again if I have the chance. The food at the hotel restaurant was just average."

"This hotel was really friendly to Koreans who came from far away. The view was really good because it was on the lake! The interior was also luxurious and clean. "We didn't feel "warmly welcomed" at all. The wait staff was far from friendly and not at all motivated to serve us in a reasonable time. The mixed salad was varied and fresh, well-dressed, and wholesome. The minced meat with pasta was tasty, but a bit too oily. The extensive advertising for guests from the surrounding area motivated us to visit Taverne 1879, but unfortunately, we can't recommend it."

"The room was very small. I was placed on the third floor. There was no elevator, and it was a pain to carry my big luggage up. It was very inconvenient for us to live in this place, there was no service desk and it was 400 meters away, which was not convenient to walk there in winter. I was also scammed when I checked in. My credit card suddenly expired, so I used Euro to pay for the room. The room rate was 1259 in Swiss francs, but I was charged 1385 Euros. This franc is bigger than the Euro. It was a clear scam. I contacted Ctrip, but they said they couldn't get through to the hotel."
