Hotels near Fengxiang Pavilion, Ningbo

Stayed for three nights. The hotel is generally good. The occupancy rate was high during the Chinese New Year. There were a lot of people at breakfast. Fortunately, the category was quite rich, and there were new things every day. The lady at the front desk also gave children breakfast. When we were taller than them, they also gave small gifts and water when we checked in and out. It was very humane.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

The hotel is nice and room are spacious. The location is fine too. Breakfast is more Chinese stile oriented but there is a coffee machine and the coffee is fine. The only issue I had are bites all over my feet and legs by insects. I think it is due to the carpet floor both in the rooms and on each floor corridor.

Very comfortable hotel, the bed is very soft and comfortable, the air conditioning is very convenient, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the service is super considerate, the front desk is very gentle, and the environment is beautiful

Great hotel, conveniently located near a subway station from where you can quickly reach the city center and tourist attractions such as The Bund. The service was friendly and left nothing to be desired. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Chinese and even a few western dishes (no coffee, but that’s China). I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Yesterday, I tried staying at the Radisson East, which ranked first on Ctrip. I felt that Grace was more comfortable to live in, so I moved in today. Maybe because it is close to Hankyu, the price of Radisson is more expensive, the room is small, and the smell of decoration has not yet dissipated. It is not convenient to eat and shop around. The breakfast variety is not as rich as Grace, but the TV of Radisson can be projected. Grace should learn from Radisson. Service: The front desk service can be improved a little bit, such as checking in and checking the guest’s notes on Ctrip reservations. 😄 Facilities: Complete, everything is available Hygiene: The room is clean and odorless Environment: Across the street from Baolong Plaza, there are supermarkets and fruit shops around, and it is very convenient to eat and shop. There is a riverside park next to the hotel, where you can take a walk. Grace is a good hotel for business trips. 😄

Excellent location near to Tianyi Square; very convenient to go to everywhere due to its location and public transporation. The facilities are provided almost the same as other 5 star hotels. A diversity of foods for breakfast, which means a great deal of options to meet everyone's needs and taste. I would certainly choose this hotel once again when visiting Ningbo next time. One more thing: the manager is extremely nice when asked if my room can be changed so that the view of the river can be enjoyed. She did help me to change the room. A very pretty girl.

We booked a river view room overlooking the confluence of three rivers. The front desk reminded us that there was a construction site opposite the river view room, and then she said that there would be no construction on weekends. As a result, we heard a loud construction noise at around 6 o'clock in the morning. Then we woke up. The sound insulation was not very good. The floor upstairs kept making noises in the middle of the night. I don't know what was going on. Sleep quality 40%. A bit miserable.

Room is small, location is excellent. 100 inch projection is amazing. It is like sleeping in a movie theater, we watched 3 movies for 6 hours. Definitely would stay here again.
