Hotels in Zhenhai Commercial Area, Ningbo

Xiongzhen should be an old hotel, and its facilities should be good, but it lacks necessary maintenance and inspection. I checked in late last night, but I didn't care. I took a shower and went to bed. I still found many problems. First, the air conditioner did not have hot air or insufficient heat. Second, the lights and ventilators in the bathroom were broken, and only one shower room had a light. Third, when I had breakfast at 8 o'clock, many basins were empty and not replenished. The details are still not done well. The only thing is that the location is very good, close to the Yongjiang River, it is good to take a walk by the river, there are many shops nearby, and it is not far to take the subway. Pay attention to detail improvement, the hotel is still OK.

During the Spring Festival, most of the rooms were empty, but we gave us a room on the first floor facing the parking lot, and there was no privacy at all. The waiter is not thinking about the guests at all, and will persuade you to leave next time.

This is a great little boutique hotel. In the center of Luotuo, it offers access to lots of restaurants, activities and easy transportation to the locations that I need to go to and Zhenhai. The front desk staff does not speak much, English, but they went well out of their way to be able to communicate with me. They have an on-site self service laundry, but one of the attentive front desk service people offered to do the laundry for me at an unbelievably good price. That is service above and beyond. Do you want a little adventure, and cultural interaction, I would highly recommend this hotel at a steal of a price.

很不滿意，空調不夠暖和，調了好久才暖和一點，被子是夏天的被子好薄，問他們要多了一張被子，2個wifi 不行的，耽誤了工作，後面叫人來處理新的wifi, 外賣機器人耽擱10分鐘才送上來，因為他們是2個酒店共用一個電梯好慢，然後又送錯了房間，水龍頭開了5分鐘才有温水，開了10分鐘才有熱水，但也沒有很熱，沒有梳子，不推薦，中看不中用，就衹有環境好了

The store owner contacted us in advance, and the housekeeper Jingjing was very responsible and patient, answering all questions. There was no problem with early check-in and late check-out. A souvenir was also given when we left the store. The battery car pick-up brother Wang Hao and Xiao Gu provided very good service. The waiters we met, including the cleaning lady, were very friendly. We dined at Zhengjia Kitchen, and the set meal bought on the platform was very cost-effective and the quantity was large. We ate there for two meals. There were many choices for the buffet breakfast, and I was very satisfied. It was great to sit and drink tea in the courtyard! The only drawback was that the sound insulation in the first phase was not good, and the air conditioner was a little loud. Overall, it was great and I would come again!

Location is alright, a bit far from the centre but there is a metro station 10mins away. The room I stayed is is very spacious with a projector, pillows are super soft and all the other beddings were actually so comfortable and new, with this price it’s very value overall:) also shout out to the housekeeping ladies they were super nice and helpful! Would recommend.
