All five-star reviews are solely for the amazing service provided by the Holiday Inn Express front desk staff. The gentleman was incredibly patient and helpful. He upgraded us to a family room at the neighboring Crowne Plaza, personally escorted us to check in, and even had fruits and drinks delivered to our room. We are truly grateful! Now, about the Crowne Plaza itself: we were in the South Tower, which has very outdated facilities. Upon check-in, we found the room to be quite dirty and messy. There wasn't a single good pillow, and the blankets even had bloodstains. We called the front desk and had them changed that night. I'm not sure if the bedding in the newly renovated North Tower is newer or cleaner. The hotel's only real advantage is its good location.

Decided to relax for a few days and chose this place. The private room in the hostel is perfect for solo travelers, and the soundproofing is good too. The front desk service was excellent. Even though the bathrooms are shared, I often saw staff cleaning them. Plus, the location is fantastic, right in the city center. I've also stayed at their branches in Shanghai and Hangzhou, and they were both great experiences.

Her service was attentive and thoughtful throughout, and you could feel her dedication in every detail. Before my arrival, she proactively upgraded my room and patiently assisted me in registering for the IHG Rewards Club, explaining the member benefits. She also helped me pre-register my car's license plate information, saving me the hassle of doing it upon arrival. Additionally, she prioritized our check-in, significantly improving the efficiency of the process. During my stay, there was a minor issue with the room. After I reported it to Nancy, she responded very quickly and immediately arranged for us to move to a brand-new room. Her efficiency in handling problems was excellent, and it didn't disrupt our rest. The hotel is located in the city center, offering an excellent location with comprehensive dining and shopping options nearby, making transportation very convenient. From the initial communication and check-in to handling unexpected issues, every step made me feel at ease. The service is commendable, earning a five-star rating. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My room was spacious, featuring smart home controls throughout, a premium deep-sleep mattress, and high-end toiletries. The bathroom had excellent dry/wet separation, and the soundproofing was superb. The service was discreet and attentive, with a welcome tea upon check-in and a comforting late-night porridge, showcasing their thoughtfulness. The local breakfast spread was extensive. The self-service laundry and drying facilities were a great convenience for travelers. This hotel is a peaceful haven amidst the bustling city, making it my top choice for business travel.

The front desk kindly upgraded us to a 2-meter king-size bed room, with an expansive view outside the window where we could see the beautiful streetlights at night. The hotel's location is very convenient for transportation, close to Chenghuang Temple, Tianyi Pavilion, and Tianyi Square. If the weather isn't too hot, it's also very friendly for those who like to walk. The hotel also offers a self-service late-night snack, and after a day of exploring, a hot bowl of congee was incredibly comforting. There are also ice cream and coffee in the hotel lobby, which is a thoughtful touch. Atour is consistently good, highly recommended.

Just two subway stops from the train station, and a short walk from the subway exit brings you right to Drum Tower. The Ting Hotel is directly opposite, making it super easy to find. It’s in the heart of the action for food, drinks, and entertainment. The front desk lady was very friendly and provided excellent service. Many attractions are nearby, like Tianyi Pavilion, Moon Lake, Drum Tower, Chenghuang Temple, and Nantang Old Street. Ningbo is quite interesting, blending ancient courtyards with modern architecture. The scenery is beautiful, with something picturesque at every turn. It truly embodies its slogan, 'Books stored since ancient times, ports connecting the world,' and is definitely worth a visit.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to visit Tianyi Pavilion, Moon Lake Park, Chenghuang Temple, Old Bund, and Ningbo Museum—all just a short taxi ride away. As an older Marriott, the decor, facilities, and service standards are still up to par. Although it's an older property, it's well-maintained, so don't compare it to brand new hotels. The upgraded 37th-floor executive room and the 39th-floor executive lounge offered fantastic views of the Three Rivers at night, which was very enjoyable; it would have been even better without the rain. The bayberry juice in the minibar was delicious. Directly opposite the hotel is Dingding Malatang, and their baked seafood is a must-try! The breakfast selection on the first floor is a bit limited but sufficient for basic needs. During peak hours, the auntie at the noodle station seemed overwhelmed, leading to some disorganization, which I hope they can improve.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center at Tianyi Square, which is super convenient. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They even gave us complimentary breakfast, and while it wasn't super luxurious, it offered great value for money. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

This Home Inn boasts an excellent location, just an 8-10 minute walk from the train station and close to Zhenming Road, where you'll find plenty of breakfast spots frequented by locals. The hotel offers great value for money, and the front desk staff, especially the young woman I interacted with, was incredibly warm and helpful. She answered all my questions and even recommended some authentic Ningbo breakfast options. She was very thoughtful and customer-focused.
