"For this trip, I chose Ningguo, a city within my province. The Hilton Garden Inn Chengxi Lake, which just opened this year, was the first hotel to pop up on Ctrip, so I decided to give it a try! The hotel is located right on the edge of the city, just a short five-minute drive to the city center, and it's also very close to the high-speed train station. This made it incredibly convenient for both exploring the city and heading back home. Getting around was super easy and stress-free. The hotel itself boasts a full range of amenities, all kept spotless and tidy. Staying here felt incredibly comfortable and relaxing; it truly maximized the living experience. I booked a lake view room this time, and opening the window revealed a wide, expansive view – beautiful lake scenery as far as the eye could see. The fresh and therapeutic landscape really brightened my mood. The staff were also exceptionally kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. Their service was attentive and meticulous, and they handled everything efficiently and with genuine friendliness. In the evening, I dined directly at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. They specialize in authentic Huizhou cuisine, and the dishes were genuinely flavorful, made with fresh ingredients that tasted absolutely superb. It really hit the spot. After dinner, my family and I enjoyed a leisurely stroll and the evening breeze by Chengxi Lake, right across from the hotel. We also let the kids experience the inflatable castle and took a ride on the mini train around the entire lake, which was truly delightful. Overall, from the environment and service to the dining, I couldn't find a single fault. The price was also reasonable, offering incredible value for money. It's the perfect place to stay for a trip, and it certainly didn't disappoint us. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Drove from Hefei to southern Anhui and stayed in a family loft room at Misty Isle. The room decor is simple and comfortable, clean with no unpleasant odors, and the space is sufficient. Our child loved it. The guesthouse's location is superb, within walking distance to the river beach, perfect for walking kids and dogs. It's also very close to the Xijin Yedu bamboo rafts. The environment is serene, surrounded by lush green mountains and clear waters. The owner is enthusiastic and responds quickly to any issues. Highly recommended for a relaxing family weekend getaway!"

The yard is comfortable, there is an outdoor swimming pool where children can play at ease, and there is a shoal at the entrance of the hotel where the children can have a good time. The room hygiene is in place and the facilities are relatively new. The boss is very real, will give advice on the route to play, and it is convenient to eat. Not far from various attractions, self-driving is very suitable, live at ease, highly recommended for family tourists."

She also helped us turn on the air conditioner and inserted mosquito coil liquid in advance. Originally, we brought the baby and did not book the hotel in advance. Where to live, I was tired and I went and looked at other homestays but I asked for a higher level. I left, because I need to be quiet. The most important thing is to walk the baby and it must be clean. Other hotels are very unsafe for babies to stroll on the side of the road, but when I arrived at half acre of terraces, I decisively and simply lived directly. There are flower fields and lawn swings in front of the hotel... This homestay can see The boss spent a lot of thought on the decoration. The whole house wooden floor baby is not afraid of slipping bare feet, and the whole house is smart and convenient. There is also a pool baby who is very happy to play in the water. When you are tired from playing on the lawn, you will go back to the room to wash and lie on the bed to watch cartoons and sleep. If you take your baby out, don’t miss his house. "I stayed for one night on July 23rd and was woken up on the morning of July 24th by an intense itching sensation in my legs. At first, I didn't think much of it and proceeded with a normal checkout. It wasn't until I left the hotel and was in the car that I discovered large patches of red rashes all over both my legs, and the itching continued to worsen, leading to acute skin allergies! This clearly indicates that the hotel room's hygiene standards were subpar. In the afternoon, I contacted the hotel to report the situation, but the customer service representative's attitude was extremely rude and indifferent, asking me, "What do you need us to cooperate with you on?" It was incredibly frustrating. In a situation where a guest experienced sudden allergies due to hygiene issues, the hotel had no mature or standardized solution, offered no proactive apologies, and was cold and dismissive throughout, pushing all responsibility away. The room's hygiene is concerning, posing a serious health risk and making it very easy for guests to develop skin problems. Furthermore, the after-sales communication experience was terrible; instead of comforting the guest and actively investigating the issue immediately, they responded passively. I honestly do not recommend staying here. Not only did I not have a comfortable experience for the money spent, but I also contracted skin allergies. There are clear hygiene risks in the rooms, and communication was difficult after issues arose. I advise against booking this hotel if you care about hygiene and your health."
