"I specifically reserved a king room with a walk in shower, which I always do due to a partial disability. I was told none were available upon arrival, and even though one front desk representative personally spoke to a manager, no offer of a change of rooms or any other suitable compensación was offered. This despite a posted sign outside of the elevators that satisfaction was guaranteed. The manager never even spoke to me directly."
