"The staff here is top-notch. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. This includes front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff. Breakfast is decent. Coffee available well after breakfast is served. The lobby is lovely, actually giving the feeling of someone’s home. Lobby appeared clean and shiny. In the evening, there 3 types of cookies put out for people to enjoy. I am one of those people who find it hard to believe this hotel merited 4.5 stars. The cleanliness in the elevator and room left much to be desired. A lot of dirt in corners on carpeted area. Carpet, itself, was not clean and every time I went into the bathroom I would hear the sound of my shoes against the floor as if it were sticky. Not pleasant!"

"We ate breakfast and it was great as expected. Our room was a little different. There was thick dust at the top of the ceilings and around the floor. The lights were dirty to touch. The comforter had an orange food stain as well as the pillow had something red spilled onto it. We got there late, so we just dealt with it. As far as checking into the hotel, When I was on this app, it was originally $49 for a king size, then jumped to $69 for 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 toddler. I had already prepaid as well. Then I got to the front desk and they wanted to charge me $20 more for the teenager. I even showed him I put it down on the reservation, then he printed me out a receipt telling me I did not. I was about to sleep in my car. He said since my husband was a veteran, (he seen it on the license) he said just don’t worry about it."
