Best Hotels in Palm Cove

This is my third stay here. Location is perfect, right in the heart of Palm Cove, with easy access to food/drinks and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful - we had a flight cancelled and Cheryel amended our transfers for us and tried to accommodate us for another night. Will definitely stay again on my next trip.

Loved every minute of staying at the Reef House! We stayed for several days celebrating our Honeymoon. The staff was amazing and made every detail feel so special for us. The concierge helped book amazing tours of both the Daintree Rainforest and Great Barrier Reef. Every drink and meal we enjoyed for breakfast, pool side or dinner at the restaurant was delicious!

Sarayi Hotel was in a great spot with a cafe at the front of the building that served a great breakfast. There was parking available at the rear of the building which was very convenient. Restaurants and cafes were all nearby , you just had to choose left or right. We were in a motel style room on the ground floor for 4 nights , the bed was good and there was a small courtyard area. laundry facilities available. only negative was the foyer lights are on all night

As an older couple we usually wait a few days to allow the holiday euphoria to subside before writing a review. Our opinion of our 10 day holiday at The Reef House Hotel in Palm Cove has not diminished. The Reef House is the older colonial style of hotel we love. It is very welcoming, comfortable and homely but has modern facilities. The meals are top quality and exceptionally well presented. We could not find fault with any of the wonderful staff or the services which were provided with a smile every time both before and during our stay. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble – like providing some new tackle for the fishing rods that are available free to use or helping to work out the combination lock on the free bikes. The on –site wellness centre is a wonderful addition. The fact that guests must be over 16 years old to stay meant that we could enjoy peace and quiet during meals in the wonderful open dining area or around the two pools and spas. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are organising our return for next year.

Good location right on the beach, cost was good for the location and views. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom could be better by changing the globes to LED ones. There was no oven in the room, a bench top one would be good for people that want to eat in.

The Cairns trip was arranged for 7 days, 5 days spent in urban recreation and strolling, and 2 days came to Palm Cove, a seaside hotel suitable for leisure. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a gym. Because I learned that the hotel is equipped with kitchen utensils, but there is no large shopping supermarket nearby, I bought some beef and lamb chops, vegetables, eggs and rice in the supermarket in Cairns before coming to Palm Cove. Friends who don't like to cook can go to the beachfront street to eat, very close, it is a little expensive. Also suitable for taking children, need to be reminded that there may be jellyfish at the beach, pay attention to safety. The rooms are one living room and two bedrooms with kitchen. They are quite big. It takes a little time for the decoration, but it is clean, the air conditioner is cold enough, and the stove is complete, so you can cook it yourself. But after use, you must clean up the tableware and stove. The refrigerator is posted to the trash can at the back of the hotel. Not far by car to the supermarket, there are many restaurants by the sea, and parking by the sea is free. Check out at 10 o'clock, call the boss. The room is close to the roadside, a bit noisy at night, towels, hair dryers are provided, no slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, bathing supplies

The location is great, the courtyard is also very nice, there is a walking area, the two bedroom room is the closest to the beach, you can go out and watch the sunrise! But what I want to say is that the facilities in the room are really old, especially in the kitchen. It is recommended that you use the kitchen utensils before cleaning or disinfecting them. Because they may not be cleaned, everything is greasy and greasy. There is an ant 🐜, many ants climbed! I feel that the kitchen has the feeling of being occupied by ants. There are a lot of people everywhere, and there are suggestions of intensive fear not to go to the kitchen! The hotel's room cleaning really needs to be improved, and it does not match the warm service of their front desk staff.
