"My stay at the Pan'an Baolong Yijun Hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I can't praise it enough! It's right next to the Baolong Commercial Street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. You can step outside and immediately enjoy the night view of the Luota Pagoda and the riverside scenery. An evening stroll by the river is wonderfully relaxing. You won't have to go back and forth between sightseeing and eating. Check-in was quick and efficient. Front desk staff members Xiao Yang and Xiao Chen were warm and patient, providing detailed answers to all our questions about local attractions and food. They were very responsive to any issues, and always polite and courteous. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Our room had a super large panoramic floor-to-ceiling window, providing excellent natural light and a fantastic view. Some room types even feature an oversized bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. The smart robot delivery service for items and meals, and the self-check-in kiosk save you from queuing. The bathroom and bedding were clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I've already recommended it to friends!"

"Objectively speaking, the children had a great time in the natural environment. However, the service was inadequate. The room wasn't cleaned properly. The owner said they bought breakfast because the child was injured, but it was incredibly perfunctory. The corn porridge and corn pancakes were unpalatable. Although the owner apologized repeatedly, if they charged inflated prices during the holiday, they should have provided corresponding services! There should have been an emergency plan for the injury, right? A few apologies aren't enough to cover it up. Consumers paid real money, and their holiday mood was also affected! Regarding dinner, we chose it based on various positive reviews online, but... firstly, the portions were extremely small. Secondly, the braised pork was, without exaggeration, nine-tenths fat! And we specifically requested leaner cuts, so 88 yuan for a bowl of fatty pork was just laughable. The 268 yuan chicken hotpot... only half a chicken, cooked in the local style, was fine except for the price. The farm-style dishes for 4 adults and 2 children cost 450 yuan, and we weren't even full! There are other issues, but I won't go into detail. I didn't say much on site. It's not easy for the owner to provide food and lodging all by himself. The service was good; they kept apologizing, so I didn't feel comfortable saying much more!"
