He was incredibly welcoming and attentive, patient from check-in to check-out. He answered every question and even offered to help with luggage. It felt like being at a friend's house. The room facilities also exceeded my expectations! The decor is simple yet sophisticated, and the attention to detail is evident. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities were all new and functional. It was a truly comfortable stay. However, it would have been even better if they had a public restroom downstairs. I hope this hotel continues to improve, and I look forward to visiting again."

"This was my second stay in Guizhou. The first time was a very good experience, but this time the hotel happened to be hosting a large group of middle-aged and elderly tourists. We arrived around 4 or 5 pm, and the other room we'd booked hadn't been cleaned yet. There was a no-smoking sign in the lobby, but people were still smoking and no one was paying attention. Perhaps due to the large number of people staying, the water flow was significantly reduced during peak hours, and the shower head in the shower room wasn't adjusted for some reason and wouldn't rotate to its normal position. After check-in, each room was given small cookies and honey plums. The breakfast was very rich, and the terrace where we had breakfast was planted with hydrangeas and succulents, which was also very beautiful. Overall, I was quite satisfied."
