"The one blanket which was provided was torn. We requested for an extra blanket due to cold weather but the receptionist straight away declined saying they have no extra blankets and only 1 blanket per room is available in hotel. There was no hot water in the morning and despite 2 calls no one came to sort the issue. We had breakfast in hotel where tea was not served in cattle and by the time it reached us it was cold. This is not expected from a good hotel."

Agar aap araam karne ke lye hotel dhoond rahe hain, to yeah bilkul shahi jagah nah i hai. Staff ka cooperation nah i tha: jab maine complaint ki to staff ne koi khaas help nah i ki.
